Review for Grand Central Park Hotel in Baku Today is my last day after spending 3 nights at the Grand Central Park Hotel in Baku, and I had a great experience. The hotel has a very central location, which made it easy to get around the city. Everything was clean and well maintained. I especially enjoyed the breakfast — it was delicious and had a good variety. What stood out the most was the friendly and helpful staff. Their kindness really made a difference and added so much value to my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku!

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. Location was very nice everything is near, market, restaurants, metro you can access very easily. Breakfast was very nice, there is enough selection food . Staff are very nice specially Asif from front office he was very helpful for us. He is very polite and whenever you ask him something he will do it very actively also there was a one girl in front office I forgot her name she was very friendly as well.

Unfortunately if your room get warm you can’t make it cold because there is AC it will Make your room warm only, again you have windows since room is hot you can open windows to make your room cold but there so much noise from the road which will disturb your sleep. I think they should keep both options in the room to make warm and cold as well.

I also want to highlight the excellent service from Mr. Amin at reception, who was always helpful and welcoming, and Mohammed from the bellboy team, who was attentive and courteous. To my surprise, the team arranged a beautiful decoration in my Room with a complimentary cake , which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration unforgettable. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine care of the staff truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Grand Hotel Baku for anyone looking for not only comfort but also a memorable experience.

The hotel was very clean, and every corner felt fresh and well-maintained. Best hotel stay ever in BAKU

Everything was great - they just need to upgrade their facility - IT IS GRAND HOTEL :) they need to make it more GRAND :)

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms and washrooms were impressively clean and spacious, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a central park, offering a pleasant outdoor space right at your doorstep

However, there were a few drawbacks that affected my overall impression. Firstly, the absence of a main entrance was inconvenient and made the arrival experience less welcoming. While the rooms were spacious, the overall layout of the hotel felt cramped, especially the lobby and corridors, which impacted the overall comfort. Another issue was the late start of breakfast at 8 AM; an earlier time, preferably 7 AM, would have been more suitable for guests with early schedules.

You can really tell that the team cares about guest satisfaction — they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. From start to finish, we felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely supported. The hotel creates the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and high-level hospitality. The hotel is excellent! Spent two days in July 2023 with a child. Beds are super-comfortable, everything is clean and fresh, staff very helpful and polite. Good location. Especially loved their terrace - so calm and beautiful, great place to relax. Ah, yes, food 😍. My daughter said this was the best food she ever had in a hotel (and she's been to many hotels haha) and I echo that, food is amazing!

Just one little thing - internet. We couldn't connect to WiFi from our room, on any of four devices. If you go to reception, the connection is excellent, as soon as you get back to the room, connection is lost and doesn't reconnect. It wasn't a big problem for us as it was a short stay and anything I needed to do which required internet I either did while sitting on the terrace or simply used mobile internet, but if you're planning a long stay and need stable connection in your room, this could be an issue.
