A nice mini hotel whose staff make every effort to make guests feel comfortable and cozy. Excellent location - 10 minutes leisurely to the old town. Quite clean.

The hotel is great - the location, cleanliness, staff. It's about 15min on foot from both the Flame Towers and Baku boulevard, and just a couple minutes from the Old Town. The breakfast is more than decent, and the staff was just lovely (including the cats). If we can say there's anything we "didn't" like - there's No early breakfast options. Breakfast starts at 9, and one morning we had to miss it, because of the excursion pickup at 8.50. In my book, that's definitely not a minus.

Had an awesome stay in Swan Hotel during our stay in Baku. In one word: Amazing!! The rooms are practical, the breakfast is really good. And this is easy on the pocket with the cost. Everything is a few minutes' walk away. The best thing : HOSPITALITY The staff are really good. Shout out to Azhar, who went out of his way to make our stay extra special. We had quite a few requests. Azhar catered to all of our requests. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. And if Azhar is around, you are in for a really apecial stay. One of my favorite small hotels in Baku for an economical stay in the heart of everything the city has to offer. Central Park, a beautiful, very big and wonderful park is just 20 meters away from the hotel. Tezepir mosque and Imam Husain mosque are just 3 minutes walk from the hotel. People seeking spiritual, old Baku Islamic atmosphere will find the area very enriching. The staff are wonderful. Special thanks for the beautiful and clean-hearted Ulweyah and the two wonderful young gentlemen Azer and Kenan. Also thanks to the respectful ladies in house keeping. You all made me feel truly at home with your humane attitude and behavior. The hotel and room are very nicely designed with maximum efficiency. Room sizes are really amazing especially the two Deluxe room in the second floor. The hotel is very small; only 6 rooms are there and that is the real charm of the stay. Not only you get to know the staff very well but also meet and chat with fellow guests; really amazing social experience that you definitely not find in big hotels. Thumps up to hotel management and staff for a job well done. Very highly recommend and will definitely consider it first choice for my next stay in Baku. I recently stayed at Swan Hotel, and it was such a warm, welcoming experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt like home. The staff greeted me with such kindness, and their thoughtful touches made me feel instantly relaxed. The room was cozy and beautifully decorated, with soft lighting and all the little comforts that made it perfect for unwinding. The bed was so comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail with the plush towels and soothing scents of the toiletries. It felt like a true retreat.

Affordable, convenient, privacy, cooperative staff, I would say, I Love to stay here with my family.

The hotel is clean, well-located (just 10 minutes from Nizami Street), which made exploring the area very convenient. Its also surrounded by great cafes, shops and other local amenities which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Azer for his service—he was always available via WhatsApp and made us feel very well taken care of. Swan hotel is located within walking proximity of Fountain Square, which is most happening place as we found it with wide range of restaurants with varied cuisines. Breakfast was awesome. Staffs are very helpful and warm all the time. Airport transfer [as a package] was an added benefit which made our trip more comfortable.

Swan hotel should work on the speed of the wi-fi connection.

Very welcoming and helpfull staff.They gave us a room in a higher category than what we reserved, a deluxe room with a balcony. it seemed that the hotel had just been renovated and everything was new.We had a great time at this hotel that we can't describe it.the hotel is located in the center of the city, it was very close to the subway and the old city.We will choice this hotel again in our next trips for sure.

Wonderful Stay at Swan Hotel! Had an amazing stay at Swan Hotel! The staff was welcoming, the room was good and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious but same everyday😐, and the location was perfect close to Nazami street—peaceful yet convenient. Highly recommended, budget friendly, and I’ll definitely be back!
