The Hotel was great choice for the first stay in Baku. We were amazed by hotel staff who was very supportive and always was ready to help with any small request from our side. Location is perfect, especially for the people who didn’t know Baku well and it was very fast and easy to reach most of famous touristic places from the hotel. Breakfast was very nice and tasty, freshly cooked. Besides we have asked for airport transfer and hotel have organized it as well without hesitation. I would recommend this hotel for travelers who wish to get very good facilities and helpful staff for very good and reasonable cost.

My stay at Hillside City Center Hotel was absolutely amazing! This hotel is simply wonderful—beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It’s one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. A special mention goes to Orhan and Ilyas, who were incredibly helpful at every moment. Their professionalism and kindness truly made my stay unforgettable. These two are fantastic workers who go above and beyond for the guests. O my goodness, nothing off course

I stayed one day at Baku Hillside City Center Hotel, and it was truly a fantastic experience! This boutique hotel has a beautiful location, offering a cozy and personal atmosphere. The service was excellent, and I appreciated the little touches, like the complimentary water in the room. The breakfast was another highlight—you can enjoy a delicious meal just 30 meters from the hotel at their Georgian restaurant. It was not only very tasty but also in a lovely setting. Inside, everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly arranged. Considering the high quality of service and amenities, the price is surprisingly low. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku. Thank you very much for a great stay

This is a quite hotel not in Nizami Street as I wanted but not an issue since u have the Bolt app which provides cheap and quick transport to any place you want.. The rooms were pleasant with good amenities I think the biggest advantage of this hotel is the staff who were very helpful and polite and ready to solve any issue... The breakfast was served at a cozy Georgian restaurant with beautiful decorations just two steps away called Cha Cha..limited but quite delicious breakfast served by a sweet lady... Generally a good place to stay

I had a fantastic three-day stay in Baku, and this hotel exceeded all my expectations. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the city, surrounded by vibrant streets and close to all the main attractions. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional staff. Every member of the team was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful, ensuring I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. The cleanliness and freshness of the hotel added to the overall comfort of my stay. This place is a true gem, and I would gladly return on my next visit to Baku!

The location of the hotel was great. Baku is a very walkable city. Even though the hotel was not in the city center, it was very easy to reach. Our hosts were very welcoming. The hotel has 24/7 front desk service, and they are super helpful even at the middle of the night. The hosts are extremely kind and you can tell that they give utmost priority that your stay goes wonderfully. Room was small -as expected- but very clean. Great for a couple days of stay, room might be a bit too small for visits longer than 3-4 days. Worth every penny.

There was a mild unpleasant smell in the room coming from the bathroom. Since the AC was working all the time (even before we arrived in the hotel) we just opened the windows and ventilated the room all the time, which luckily worked for us even when it was snowing outside.

The location is great if you want to be close to the old town. It is also very easy to go to other places because of closiness of metro station. Few markets very close. Hotel is very clean, with air-con. Inbthe common hall there is microvawe, in the room kettle if you want to make a tee. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful, so I do reccomend the place.

Generally, the hotel is almost sold, so it is high interest. We got the special offer, so it is better to pay higher price but get bigger room. We had probably the smallest. And maybe the small bed lamp would be more convenient.

The location is absolutely great, in a quiet street just outside the old town and within walking distance to the Flame Towers and metro, which even for short hops is a bargain at 0.50 AZN per ride. The rooms are simply decorated, but the in-room fridge was a huge plus (a microwave is also available on the 2nd floor). The quality of the mattress and sheets were a pleasant surprise for the price class. And then there was the absolutely outstanding service by the staff (Edwin is an absolute treasure!) All in all, the value for money was way beyond my expectations. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

No complaints from me. More in the way of a recommendation to what is an already excellent accommodation, the room would benefit from bedside lamps with warm yellow light, and a toilet brush would be a great addition.

Excellant hotel only a 5-6 minute walk to the Icheri Sheher metro station.Checkin/checkout was fast and efficient.Room was spacious and very clean with all the basic amenities; minibar,complimentary water ,tea ,coffee, slippers ,fast wifi , bathroom toiletries etc. Have to mention the hardworking staff,everybody from Housekeeping to the Frontdesk .Appreciate all your help and every smile , for being there for us 24/7. Especially Edwin !!! Hats off to You.. Lovely hotel we will surely recommend to all our friends visiting Baku.
