This property is located centrally in central Baku. The main attractions like Old Baku city, Nizami Strrl, Boulevard and highland park are at walkable distance. The rooms are super size and so is heart of each staff member. Everyone is eager to help the guests. Specially Mr.Ozxan at the reception. Our request for early check in and late check-out were considered by hotel staff and itvmade our arrival and departure more comfortable. Mr. Ozxan also helped us for money exchange also. and understanding local map Though the buffet breakfast was well spread, but had limited vegetarian options , but the restaurant staff took special efforts to provide us vegetarian breakfast items. The WiFi is available in all the areas and have good speed.

Staff were excellent, young energetic, polite and very helpful arranging taxis for us due to language barriers Miss Nasrin helped to arrange taxi for out of town I appreciate and recommend this hotel for stay and good price

One of our perfect experiences in Baku. The location just in city center, all main attractions in walking distance. Very supportive and kind Team. Even with our late booking and early arrival, they found a perfect rooms for us. We appreciate pure hospitality of the Team! Offered breakfast, as we were absolutely exhausted from flight. Attention to every single aspect. Clean and nice rooms, special thanks to housekeepers. Delicious and wide range of food offered for breakfast. The place where cost and quality absolutely matched. We will definitely return back for our next trip to Baku!

The staff were all top notch. Their smiles lit up a room. It was almost as if they were not only anxious to serve but that they care about people. Jafar was especially happy to do anything to make my experience wonderful. The food was terrific and so veey well presented. I felt like i was in the lap of luxury.

Everything is good about the hotel except some minor things which I didn’t like about the property. Staff is amazing and location is also really good.

There was a maintenance guy who tried to enter our room twice even when it says do not disturb. We reported about it and then it never happened. Air con is not good even they worked on it.

Nothing, great memories of a nice place to stay. Breakfast needs to be tidy up a little bit with clear marking of dishes in English....

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, the room was impeccably clean, and the location was ideal, just a short distance from many of the city’s main tourist attractions. Highly recommended.

The only downside was the internet connection, which was quite slow in our room.
