I really liked that the check in was somthing and fast the staff were very friendly and welcoming especially Nuraddin who made sure I felt welcomed and was comfortable and helped with any questions or requests I had immediately. The room was very clean and spacious and very comfortable. The brakefast choices were vast and the food was very nice. Once again the staff were very friendly and helpful espically Laman who recommended various different places to go and things to do in Baku which was very helpful as well as making sure I didn’t need anything else and I was happy with the brakefast. All in all it was a very good stay and I would like to come back.

Thanks to all the staff especially the reception manager. The staff was very friendly and the location was somewhat good It was still a problem to get Bolt taxi as the area is with heavy traffic especially in the evening time. It would be good to provide water for guests. Normal big bottled water to buy on a reasonable price.. The water provided for free is 2 x300ml and only option is to buy either half letter bottle from restaurant or to buy from outside. Also maybe provide little tea machine for free by adding some little cost on room price.

I stayed several times at this hotel and, in general there are the same strengths as before: very kind and helpful staff, clean facilities, good breakfast, good value for money.

But, on the other hand, with the exception of the staff (the same kindness and very helpful), everything was a little bit less: a bit less clean, more wear and tear, some breakfast items not so good, and, in total, a little bit less value for money (because the price per night was higher too, each time, than during the previous stay).

Good hotel, rather new, the best in this price range in Baku (this is the 5th I tried). I already booked this hotel for my next trip. Room OK, all needed amenities and in good functioning order. Breakfast with a variety of dishes that you find in more expensive hotels. 3 min. walk to the metro station and 25 minutes walk to the city center. Excellent staff, English speakers.

Small issues: a noisy group in the first three evenings, but the problem was solved after a complaint at the hotel reception; neighbours too close to the window - so curtains drawn all the time, especially evenings; room a little dark - the window too small for the long and rather narrow room.

The hotel was located in a perfect area. May 28 metro station was right beside it. May 28 Mall was also near it. The hotel staff were really friendly. The staff in the breakfast area were all ready to help and were always greeting us with a smile. Mr Noffel from front desk was really helpful and kind. The hotel is located in a nice area for a walk. The hotel was new, beautifully furnished and very clean.

The breakfast was very average. As a four star hotel was expecting better breakfast. The options were really limited and no any pastries other than Azerbajiani bread. Adding other options (i.e. croissant, toasts) would make it better.

Breakfast buffet is AMAZING, and the staff in the breakfast buffet are so friendly. The bed is so comfortable. The shower is the rain shower which is Fantastic. The TV has arabic and English movies (mbc max, Mbc 2 ). Next to MAY 28 metro station. Next to MAY 28 Mall. Buses from airport drop off at 28 May so it is convenient after buying a baku card outside the airport for 2 manat and top it up. Sahil (fountain square /main shopping area) is one train stop away only. Cleaning was daily once we put the cleaning sign on. The hotel feels very safe and modern. The room is spacious. The room service chicken burger meal for 12 manat is big and delicious. This could easily be a 5 star hotel if they add a few more items.

I loved everything but wish they had a kettle and a bin in the room ( they gave a bin later on). Anyway, there's coffee in the breakfast buffet, but I wish they had a kettle in the room. Please bring your own toothbrush as it's not provided for economy twin/ double rooms. The area is not a luxury area but the hotel is luxury at least there's a train and mall near by.

Brand-new rooms with enough space. Bed was comfortable, personal was friendly and helpful. The fact, that it was a Formula One weekend the price was good. 15 minutes walking distance from the F1 circuit, a shopping mall you can reach in 10 minutes, approx. 30 minutes to Baku city center

Electronic payment was at check-in not possible, so I had ether to pay 100 Dollar for the deposit, I paid then cash the full price and it was OK. At check-out credit card payment was possible.

Room was amazing, clean, spacious, the lights are professional designing. The staff are really nice , especially Anar who is Front office manager , Saqi, Ulvi,Leyla,Ramil all these persons are very kind, helpful with many respect. Lobby and lobby bar are very classy and luxury, the restaurant are in the top floor with city and sea view. All services from hous keeping are nice and on-time. Many thanks for all Iris Hotel Baku group for warm hospitality. I recommend this hotel EXTREMELY.

All the facilities are very good. The breakfast is rich in variety of food and fresh. I would like to mention two ladies which work at the kitchen- Hatira and Laman. They helped us a lot and were very nice to us.

New hotel with large comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Good onsite parking. Very nice breakfast with good choice of food. Staff very helpful and professional. 9 out of 10 score.

Overall is very good and highly recommended. Location is about 10 minutes by car from downtown Baku and 5 minutes from Convention centre. The street is average - the hotel is the best property on the street with some old buildings around it.
