I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Premium Park Hotel in Baku for 6 unforgettable days, and I can confidently say it was a perfect experience from start to finish! The hospitality was truly outstanding — every member of the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The reception team deserves special praise for their kindness and willingness to help with every request, always with a warm smile and professional attitude. The breakfast was another highlight — each morning brought a refreshing change in the menu, offering delicious variety and quality that made every day start on the right note. I recently stayed at the Premium Park Hotel and had a great experience. The room was spacious, which made for a comfortable stay, and the bed was cosy enough for a good night's sleep. One of the highlights was the TV, which was excellent for unwinding after a long day. The breakfast was amazing, offering various food choices to suit all tastes. The reception staff were also incredible – friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and I would recommend this hotel!

I noticed the cleanliness could have been better in some areas, and the bathroom had a leak above the shower, which was slightly inconvenient. While these issues didn’t significantly impact my stay, there’s certainly room for improvement.

Every Person of the staff was very welcoming, ensuring that my stay had no problem. Restaurant at 8th floor Is open 24/7 and saved my dinner in the last day. Spa is nice too, and they give you everything needed to enjoy it. I also had no issues in working in the hotel room with my laptop, connection was good. Overall, a good experience and a good quality/price ratio.

Small details might improve further the quality. For example, dispensers in the showers would reduce the plastic consumption, instead of the plastic mini-bottles. Also, I had to go in person to the reception couple of times, as phone was not working properly.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Ibrahim, the Hotel Manager, for addressing our concerns and graciously accommodating us in a deluxe suite at no additional cost, which greatly enhanced our stay and made it truly enjoyable.

The lady on the night shift (unfortunately, I can't recall her name) displayed unprofessional behavior and could benefit greatly from customer service training. She assigned us to an extremely small room with poor air circulation, making it difficult to breathe, especially during the winter, as the AC was set exclusively to heating. She was not willing to listen to our complaints and it would have been a nightmare spending 5 nights with such a conditions there.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful, and what truly made the experience exceptional was the amazing staff, especially the two receptionists, Fidna and Safi (I hope I pronounced their names correctly), who work the morning shift. From the moment I arrived, they welcomed me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay incredibly comfortable and hassle-free. They were always ready to assist with any request, answering my inquiries with patience and a friendly attitude, which truly reflects the hotel’s high standard of service. Thanks to their outstanding hospitality, I felt like a valued guest rather than just another visitor. Having such dedicated employees like Fidna and Safi at the reception creates a welcoming atmosphere and makes guests want to return.

The soundproofing in the rooms was not good, and the noise from the street woke me up several times during my stay.

Very wide breakfast buffet selection. Across the road from hotel 24 hours supermarket. . Just a 10 mins walk to crescent mall or port baku mall

The hotel’s location is undoubtedly one of its greatest strengths, right in the heart of the city. With numerous malls and stores just steps away, it offers unparalleled convenience for shopping and exploring the local area. However, the breakfast could use some variety, as the selection remained largely the same over the four days of our stay. Apart from that, the overall experience was pleasant and met our expectations. It’s a solid choice for anyone looking for easy access to the city’s main attractions, paired with fair accommodations

While the hotel’s location and convenience are commendable, there were a few challenges that impacted our stay. Most of the staff have limited English proficiency, which made communication difficult at times. Additionally, we encountered an unexpected charge of 40 MANAT for each guest visit, which was not mentioned upfront in the terms or conditions. When we inquired about this policy, it was only shown to us on a single piece of paper, which felt a bit unclear and inconvenient. Overall, clearer communication on policies would greatly enhance the guest experience.

This was my first booking (out of two) at this hotel, reserving a total of three rooms. I arrived at 4 a.m., and a kind lady at the reception warmly welcomed us. I explained to her that the rest of my family would arrive in six hours and emphasized the importance of having rooms close to each other since some of the kids would be staying in the third room. Later in the morning, Mr. Ibrahim reached out to assist with my request. Despite the hotel being fully booked, they went above and beyond to accommodate us. They made it happen, and my family and the kids were thrilled. This exceptional service is one of the reasons we plan to return to this hotel for the final three days of our trip to Azerbaijan. I also visited four other hotels in Baku to compare options for our return. Trust me, what you see in pictures often doesn’t match reality, but this hotel is an exception. The photos accurately reflect the quality and ambience. Initially, I was concerned about some negative reviews, but after my experience, I noticed that many complaints seemed to stem from guests with unrealistic expectations or poor manners. We were impressed by the room quality, hospitality, cleanliness, and staff (both at reception and the back office). The hotel felt cosy, and the breakfast was excellent. While it may not officially be a 4-star hotel, it surpasses many so-called 4-star establishments in terms of comfort and service. Even the housekeeping staff were incredibly helpful. However, it’s worth noting the cultural and language barriers. Some staff may appear shy, but a friendly smile and polite conversation can go a long way in showing how willing they are to help. Overall, this hotel provided a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it for its genuine hospitality and excellent service. Great value of the daily charge. NOTHING AT ALL to complain about.

We liked the room, hospitality, cleanliness, and staff (receptionist and back office). The hotel was warm, and breakfast was perfect. I am not saying it is a 4-star hotel, but compared to the 4-star stinky hotels I have seen, this one deserves 4 stars. Even the cleaning ladies are helpful. But always keep in mind the language and culture barrier; they may feel shy, but with a nice talk and smile, you will see how helpful they are. This booking was the second booking of a total of 3 rooms.

Nothing to dislike or complain about all was perfect. Always learn to appreciate and put yourself in other people's shoes.

It was a good place for its value of money. The location is great, not far from the sea and downtown. I liked the rooftop restaurant and their breakfast. I also liked the reception and lounge on the first floor and the staff that was very hospitable. Room size is large with panoramic windows, there was a mini fridge in the room and the wardrobe where to store the clothes. What I noticed, in this hotel are staying a lot of people from India or Bangladesh.

I have stayed in studio room considering there should be a mini kitchen, however I could not use it as there were no kitchen with amenities or a hob where to cook, but only microwaive to heat the food. The plumbing fixtures are not of the best quality, everything needs to be replaced. The windows need to be washed.
