Excellent housekeeping Every day, they cleaned our room, and they kindly refilled our coffee and water without me having to ask. It’s the little things that make a stay comfortable, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

The noise from the hallway -people talking and walking. It felt like there was no soundproofing at all. I requested an early check-in and a late check-out, but both were denied, even though the hotel didn’t seem fully booked. Zero flexibility, zero hospitality.

Everything was exceptionally good. I was even surprised to find find such a high quality for such a reasonable price. Overall professionalism of the reception was outstanding. Noticeable competance of Vahid, pleasant demeanor of Farhan, and great language skills of Ali were few of many indicators for levels of professionalism of hotel stuff.

It's really a good option for a family tour, serving a good breakfast as well as good staff there. Rooms are really specious.

The cleanliness of the hotel stood out—my room was cleaned daily, and everything was perfectly maintained. Every day, they refilled the water, coffee, sugar, and coffee powder in the room, which was a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was fully equipped with free shampoo and shower gel, making the stay even more comfortable. One of the best parts was the complimentary 30-minute massage—a great way to relax during the trip. The hotel also has a large, free swimming pool that’s perfect for unwinding. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the overall service was excellent. I truly enjoyed my time here and would recommend Amazon Hotel Baku to anyone visiting the city. This review comes from my own experience, and I genuinely felt at home during my stay.

Everything’s pretty fine

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Azerbaijan. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and our room was spotless and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options every morning. We really enjoyed living there it felt like a home away from home. The location was also convenient: 30-minute walk to Nizami Street and only 2 minutes to the nearest market. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
