1. Nice location. Near Crescent Mall, shopping and food. Many local cafes and restaurants are in the vicinity of the hotel. 2. Godly breakfast. Meat, eggs, vegetables, dairy, cheese, croissants and even chia seeds. 3. Sightseeing. It is located near the sea. You just walk 5 mins there. The Victory park is also not very far. 4. Shower and bathroom are clean. 5. Decent gym and great sauna for free. 6. Friendly and helpful staff.

1. SIM card for foreigners is ridiculously expensive. Use e-sim instead. 2. They offer you to use taxi cabs near the hotel entrance. They are expensive. Nobody tells you to use Bolt or Yango applications for taxi service.

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn was nothing short of excellent, largely due to the outstanding service provided. The hotel itself was nice and comfortable, offering all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Additionally, its proximity to a nearby mall added convenience and opportunities for leisure activities, making it an ideal choice for travelers. Overall, I highly recommend the Holiday Inn for its exceptional service and convenient location. Excellent breakfast spread . were trying to meet the expectations of indian vegetarian customers .helpful staff.

INdian vegetarian food was not upto the mark. The breakfast spread is so good that they may not attempt to provide indian veg items. ATM in the hotel did not work, tea cups in room were stained. while dustbin in room was cleaned daily , dustbin in toilet was not cleaned. while the restaurant provided excellent breakfast , did not have dinner facility. coffee shop dinner spread was not good.

Good location, breakfast was nice. Service is good. Wi-Fi connection is good. Close to the city center. All staff was polite and friendly.

We arrived in the night time. So we spent some time to get our rooms. Maybe Reservation Department has to improve their cooperation with Booking com. There was some differences between my reservation in booking and in their system. Advice for group travelers: even if you choose all rooms and number of people, contact Reservation Department in the hotel and confirm all details. Otherwise you waste your time until it gets clear.

Good location and quick room service, and reception staff are friendly

The bed is not comfortable. One issue makes me feel disappointed, i made a mistake in the arrival month while booking a room the hotel took their money for three Nights, i contacted the hotel and they told me to explain the issue by email, then i received a reply from Reservation Supervisor his name is Zahid Guluzada he mentioned in his email that he can't change the date and i must do new reservation with new payment i explain to him that this a mistake on chose the month put he refused. I think he must be more flexible and helpful with the customer. I contacted the booking customer and they tried to call the hotel and send an email but no answer from them. Finally I contacted my Qatar Embassy to sort my problem with the hotel and i enter the hotel with my children,

I booked a taxi and I expressly requested payment by POS because I didn't have cash with me. It doesn't depend on the guy who was at the reception..he did his work. The issue was that the taxi driver picked me up and only later on stopped by saying that he wasn't provided of POS so he asked to another taxi driver to make payment for me by credit card. It was a little bit annoying. Anyway, when I booked again the taxi to go to the Airport, I refered what happened to another receptionist and he adviced me to book the taxi and pay off directly the hotel...so everything run good

The location was perfect, offering great convenience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a soothing ambience. The staff at both the front desk and the spa were exceptionally friendly and cooperative, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience

More waiting time at the front desk to check-in. The guests have to wait longer to get their turn to talk to the officer. The staff should be increased significantly during the rush days.

Room was fine and clean, good chair and working table. Different sized pillows, singalling from room to corridor for cleaning or asking for postponing it. Tea making possible, iron with ironing board available, a good one... Free water in small bottles in the room each day available. good facilities also for printing.

The botteled water is maybe recycled but if you drink this each day you will produce much waste. Coffee at breakfast solala but could be better... Ok, but I would like to have fresh air and can not open the window a bit. It would be time o change the toiletbrush as it smells from the cup where it stays normally in... ;-)
