Location, breakfast and staff are so good!

Nice helpfull staff, the location is great, not too far from the city centre. The room was large and had a fridge, a large bed and nice bathroom. Breakfast was good, many options and freshly made eggs and meats. I bought raw liver to eat at my room and the staff was so friendly to cut it into pieces for me.

I found a few dark hairs on the bed linen, this was a bummer as the whole room and bed looked very clean. But that was really the only thing.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Ilkin who is on reception always answered my questions, smiled and was really nice. Thank you for understanding and let me check in before time and check out later. The location is great!! It’s so close to the city center, 10 minutes on foot to the city mall. The views from the window are amazing!! The views of city and sea. The bed was big but a little bit noisy.

As well as the ventilation in the bathroom is so noisy. The last thing that I didn’t like about room that the floor is dirty and sticky, so it’s important to take slippers. Breakfast is quite good but could be more choices. All other things were wonderful!!

wonderful hotel. Located near all the sights of the city. sea ​​view from every room. modern clean rooms. The room has a refrigerator mini-bar, stereo system, tea/coffee machine. the staff is helpful and planned everything for my holiday. special thanks to the chef for her super breakfasts. I recommend tomatoes with eggs. recommended 100%

The hotel has a great location, with beautiful views of both the city and the sea. The room was very comfortable. We are especially grateful to the staff for allowing us to check in very early in the morning right after our flight — it was truly appreciated and made a big difference for us. We highly recommend this hotel and the people who work there. We had a really pleasant and enjoyable stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here the location was perfect and most importantly the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and made the stay worth while. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and I would stay again.

Everything was good the only issue was that the shower leaked onto the floor.

staff is very uch cooperative. Specially Mr. Hekmat owner of hotel always available for you help. He arranged one vehicle for us good english speaking guys and he took us to Qubala and visiy all good places excellent. we realy enjoy there

Big and nice room with seaview, comfortable bed. Street noise doesn't really matter. Tasty breakfast but not a very big choice. Everyday cleaning

Balcony door doesn't close well enough so strong wind always opens it. There is no need to exchange everyday only opened for use soap with the new one.

First of all ilkin the employer at the reception was always helpful,with a warm smile,the location and the price 10/10 ,the room was very clean,I had a great time,I really recommend this hotel
