Room was compact and neat. No complaints.

1. There was no cooling available and it used to become hot in the room. When we spoke to staff they informed us that we can open windows which we did but it led to lot of construction and vehicles noise in the room. 2. Whenever we opened any tap, we had to wait for couple of minutes to drain out extra hot water so that we could have normal water. This was also the case in bidet. 3. Hotel did not provide (on complimentary basis) dental kit, show horn, comb, etc. which was a first of such experience for us.

Breakfast was good, there were many options and the options are kind of high quality. The room and other areas in the hotel were clear. There were complimentary water and sprite in the reception but only for the working hours. I can summarize my experience as a decent stay. If you are looking for a clean and comfortable accomodation, I'd recommend this place.

Our plane arrived at quite a strange time, at dawn. They requested full room price for early check-in and they did not allowed to go to room until the check-in time is "exactly" reached. Maybe they might provide a better option for the visitors arriving at strange times.

Although this hotel is 3 stars, it really makes a difference with the service it offers and the attention of its staff. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and responded quickly to all our requests. The check-in process was especially fast and easy. The cleanliness, the layout of the rooms and the general atmosphere were also very pleasing. The hospitality and professionalism of the staff make the facilities offered by the hotel much more valuable. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ibis Baku, The hotel itself was immaculate, with beautifully appointed rooms and convenient amenities. Good price and clean rooms. The hotel not near by Nizami Street but also not far. You can go there by taxi for 4 Manat. Also, I want to thank Safar for his service . Safar went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was always ready with a smile, providing excellent service and making recommendations that enhanced my visit. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests made a significant difference in my experience.

Absolutely recommended for family stay. First of all, the location couldn't be better, less than a 5 minute walk to the metro station that connects you to wherever you might want to go in the city. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel as a whole was a huge plus, not a spec of dust or dirt in the Windy City of Baku. The rooms were incredible, wide, spacious, modern and clean as well as sound insulated, you won't hear any cars passing by. Finally, the service: kindness and helpfulness of the staff was the cherry on top, eager to help and guide you. Special thanks to Fatima and Safar! Definitely recommend this hotel for your stay, no matter how long.

The room was very comfortable. Warm in winter, good water pressure and plumbing. Very near to Khatai metro station.

Felt like there were less variety of breakfast buffet for vegetarians - cereals, salads, breads, cheeses, pastries, baked beans or potatoes. A lot more variety for eggatarians and meat-eaters. Or maybe it's the standard fare in business hotels. Anyway not a big demerit, it's hard to find veg/vegan food in general in Azerbaijan.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were very quiet (which is not always the case in AZ). Unlike most hotels which list themselves as 3-stars, this property actually deserves it. A little bit more expensive than similarly rated hotels, but this property makes up for it by having clean linens, good showers and soft beds. The lobby area has a restaurant, bar and foosball table.

Our visit was in the winter, so the building's central heat was on. We could not open the windows (they were locked with key), and the A/C was disabled for the winter, therefore the room was very warm. The location may be good for business travelers, but for vacationers, it is too far to walk to any of the sites - taxis would be required.

Rooms are cute modenr design. In azerbaijan people assume if you pay 100 for something its supposed to be terrible room. Surprisingly room was clean. Things were not falling apart. Was very positively suprised. Will stay there again. Its very comfortable small rooms. I love fill in soap and shower gels. You can tell they are stying to do good job.

Nothing bothered me during my stay there.

this hotel has wonderful facility and interior design. the size of the room is good and it’s quit and nice. I enjoyed my stay and definitely will be back

I liked the cleanliness of the property as well as the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel has a bar and restaurant which is nice if you have a late or early morning. There is not too much around this property so you will need to take a taxi or bolt to the Old Town. More of a business hotel. They also upgraded me for free which I really appreciated!

The location is far from Old Town, but it’s not a problem to take Bolt.
