Beautiful lobby, comfortable beds, breakfast food has good varieties, staff was respectful and efficient , swimming pool was nice ,

Bad smell in corridors and some rooms, very long corridors with few elevators, We face a large population of Indian tourists during our stay who literally occupied the lobby and the breakfast area (with their bad manners) , food was average in other restaurants and expensive , spa offered fair to below average massages. Take care of your teenage sons there, never leave them alone ( bad woman with dirty clothes came to my 14 yr old son offering sex for money while he was in corridor in front of our room!!).

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Super professional and friendly staff, from check in on, none excluded. Very well kept facilities, with a large and efficient team of cleaning personnel. A big thumbs up to all with my special thanks to 1) the Chef of the main restaurant, really excellent dishes Sir!! and 2) the impeccable room service, in particular Mr. Rovshan, professional, timely and attentive. Thank you all for the great service. We will be back.

The breakfast was something underwhelming as I did not expect from the Marriott. The service is good and the food is okay . But there was a total chaos in choosing and serving the food.

However, I would like to share a small observation. The hotel does not provide a toothbrush and shower cap in the bathroom unless it is specifically requested. Every time I asked for it, especially during the night, there was a long delay in response. I had to call three times before it was finally delivered to my room. This delay in service was the only aspect that I found disappointing. It would be great if such basic amenities could be provided more promptly and ideally without repeated follow-ups.

Absolutely beautiful and wonderful hotel. I cant understand why people are posting negative comments about this hotel. It is a big, stylish hotel with lovely environment and ambience. Having every facility which a 5 star hotel should have. Right in front of sea side which gives you a lovely view and peace of mind. It was an amazing experience to walk around the sea side. The reception was very good, efficient and cooperative. They gave us a good room with partial sea and city view. I loved the view from my room. Room and toilet size was also good and very clean. Gym and swimming pool were also very nice and facing the sea view. The hotel has a beautiful great lobby with amazing interior design. I couldn't stop myself capturing a lot of photos there. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Highly recommended.

It would have been great to have a coffee machine in the room. Access to public transport is a bit far. You will have to use bolt there.

this hotel is one of the best so far in my opinion. from location, service, staff, cleanliness, facility to food. staff is so friendly and helpful. I would like to give my special thanks to Rofad, Altay, Nirgis, Ilyas, Zainab, and all the front reception team for their wonderful service and cooperation. room service is excellent, they treat their guest in very special way. we were family of six by the time of check in we couldn't get interconnected rooms but they tried their best to accommodate us on the same floor and next day Mr. Rofad helped us to get 3 rooms in same row it was interconnected and it was really a big support for us to keep our kids next to us. the location of the property is awesome it is by the sea and an amazing place to chillout, walk etc. Nazami area is not very far you can go easily by taxi in very cheap fare. all the malls and shopping is easily accessible. I rented car from airport and worried about parking, but this hotel has basement parking so convenient. hotel is not in crowed area it was very peaceful. swimming pool and gym is very clean and well managed. everyone was so nice I am really speechless. I stayed 5 days in this hotel then moved to another apartment from airbnb 5 days which was more expensive where I found bugs and broken furniture and no parking. I spent my next 5 days regrating to leave from Marriot Blvd. In my next trip to Baku this hotel will be our only preferences to stay. usually I dont write long review as this one, but this time I am obliged and pleased to do so. it was comfortable and enjoyable stay. value for money. I dont prefer to stay in crowded area where there is no parking.

I really liked the Baku Marriott Hotel Boulevard for its modern design, spacious and well-appointed rooms, and the stunning views of the Caspian Sea. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the location was perfect — close to the boulevard and major attractions.
