I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of options. The location was perfect, close to major attractions yet quiet and peaceful. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel, good GYM with new equipment. Comfortable room except for soundproofing.

1. The room was pretty noisy because of the motorway and bad window soundproofing. 2. Breakfast time is not comfortable for night owls. 3. The location is strange - just on the motorway. 30 min to the metro. So you should always use a taxi to go to the center. 4. They have no door hooks "clean my room"/"do not disturb". 5. The room access card was almost not working so I have had to go to reception to activate it 2-3 times each day. 6.

Safe, clean and well maintained. Special mention to FOM Kamil who was courteous to offer an upgrade😊. Amazing breakfast option and value for money

Staff was excellent! Especially liked how helpful the manager Asim was. I lost my onward flight to Tbilisi and end up staying in Days Hotel Baku. You get charged an overwhelming percentage when trying to take the cash out with an international card but nothing extra when paying directly with the same card. Asim went out of his way to help me find a solution to the problem. Courteous, polite, and helpful staff! Location is a bit off so be prepared to use Bolt. Can't complaint considering how cheap such a nice hotel is. Breakfast is not great bug again ok fir the price

All was great except the location

The staff were extremely welcoming and supportive. We arrived to the airport at 11am and the staff accommodated us with a room without having us wait and even upgraded us to a better room. We received amazing and quick room service everytime we asked something from them, including food. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectation with the quality and variety available. Special thanks to Mr Asim and the whole hotel team for making our trip memorable. Mr Asim helped us conveniently arrange Sim cards from the reception and organized our trip to and from Gabala with a private car and a driver at a very reasonable rates as well. And he had been kind enough to keep a check on us during our entire stay in Azerbaijan. 10/10 recommended, especially because of staff and the hotel. Would definitely visit again to Days hotel for my next trip.

For the affordable price this was the best hotel I've been in a foreign country. Rooms were clean and spacious. All the receptionists are very friendly and spoke good English. That were always happy to help when asking for local directions, help with the room/service. I've been to another hotel in Baku but Days hotel Baku was 2x better than the other one for half the price. We even had a surprise complimentary fruits snacks for us on our first day ☺️ Breakfast was great. There were 4-5 vegetarian options as well. From receptionists to restaurant staff to cleaning staff... Everyone was super great. Loved the stay. Really liked how much effort the hotel staff put into making stay comfortable and friendly Thank you

Nothing major or minor issues. Just an improvement for maybe segregating vegetarian and non-vegetarian pots for breakfast. Just because some people (like one of my friend 😅) are very skeptical of seeing veg with non-veg. So separating foods could be done.

It’s a good property with an amazing service staff . They are very well serviced for families and supportive.better than the city hotels. Asim is the go to gentleman from the front desk management. One of the most welcoming hotel staff met from Baku. I stayed in three hotels.

Breakfast for vegetarians is all very low in all hotels of Baku. Can be made better for Indians for sure. Bit far from city center but you can always find bolt within a minute.

Everything was perfect. The room was very clean and all electronic devices in the room were working. The bathroom was very clean. Linens were changed and cleaning was done every day. Since the hotel was far from the center, there were times when I had dinner at the hotel. The kitchen works 24 hours a day and the food was pretty good. Since there were very few customers during my stay at the hotel, there was no open buffet for breakfast, but whatever I requested was served on a plate. Transportation to the city and the airport was very easy with the hotel's vehicles. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would like to thank all the staff and the hotel manager Kamil Bey.

Maybe the only negative thing I can say is its location, but I usually walked to and from the city center because I thought it was sports for me. So it didn't bother me much.

The room was neat and clean, location is a bit away from city but taxis are cheap. Additionally I prefer since its very peaceful and nice away from heavy tourists area. The breakfast was so amazing and not to forget special thanks to Asim the Manager he made sure my stay was comfortable and made every effort to provide me with whatever I needed. He truly made a difference, very knowledgeable, polite and professional person
