Everything was simply amazing! The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully designed to the highest standard. The food was delicious and varied, and the service was warm and personal. The atmosphere felt like a wonderful family from the very first moment. The staff were professional, attentive, and always available for any request. Special thanks to Gulnar, Vasil, Narqiz, Aysu, Nuray, and Rasim for their outstanding service and constant smiles!

Everything about the stay was just amazing. Even the staff at the reception, bell boys, cleaners, kitchen, breakfast area, spa were all humble and always prompt. I don't remember everyone's name, but the lady staff in breakfast called 'Gulnar' was really humble and soft spoken. The hotel also arranged for an early breakfast for us which was a take away. We truly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were mind blowing. We stayed in a two bedroom suite room and the facilities were just wow. I will definitely stay here whenever I visit Baku again 😊

Check-in was smooth, and the hotel's location is not central yet doesn’t feel too far from anything. The staff was incredibly friendly. I stayed in Room 407, which had a balcony—not an extraordinary view, but I enjoyed sipping my coffee there while watching the snow. I skipped breakfast due to Ramadan, but the restaurant arranged suhoor, though it was delayed and incorrect. They later compensated by not charging for my pizza.

The washroom was a bit small, and the built-in modern shattafa in the WC was amusing at first but later became annoying.

The breakfast was excellent! A huge variety of sweet and savory delicacies, plus an option to get a fresh omelette. I loved the salad and fruit selection as well as the Azeri national food and desserts. Very clean rooms and comfy beds! Very helpful and polite staff! Great pool with warm water! Room service was great! The walk to the metro station Nizami takes 15 min and lies in a very peculiar part of the city - Kubinka - but we never felt unsafe to walk there. There is a nice restaurant 1 min walk from the hotel too with live music and great ambiance! Best to be prepared and have cash on hand if the credit card terminal doesn't work.

It wasn't easy to order food in the hotel in the evening, but there is a restaurant nearby.

This hotel is highly recommended. The hotel is fresh, clean and comfortable. The stuff is so polite, supportive and friendly. I think this is the best hotel experience I ever had, taking into consideration that I have traveled and stayed a lot in different places. I came with my friends on my birthday, my friend asked for a birthday piece of cake and they brought the WHOLE CAKE for free. I would recommend this place for friends, couples and young family with small kids. Food is Amazing 😍.

We had an amazing time. Good food, good staff , clean spacious rooms. New amenities. Value for money. Away from busy roads. Easy parking.

The taxi driver you sent us scammed us. From the time we got into the taxi he tried selling us everything possible. He by force took us to buy a sim card and charged way more than the average price. We let it go at the time coz he seemed irritated that we rejected everything else he offered. We booked a taxi through the hotel thinking it's more trustworthy.

The hotel was very clean and good located! The rooms where big and they have everything you could need. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially thanks to Sattar :) Really recommended

I especially liked the friendliness of the staff and their constant readiness to help. I also really enjoyed the breakfast and food in general. They have very delicious cuisine. The room service is of the highest quality, they prepare and deliver orders much faster than the standard time. The hotel is very beautiful, small and convenient. - times when the gym was open between 10-21 o'clock. It opens after breakfast, but between this time most people go out of the hotel. It would be sufficient if it was open early in the morning and/or till later in the evening (8-22?) - refill of toiletpaper, just put standard 2 rolls in the room. Ik had to ask 3x times for an extra roll. - maybe more gym equipment ;) like a barbell and a cable machine? - it's far from the oldtown/nizami area

The staff at this hotel were very helpful. The first night we arrived we had not converted our money yet, and did not eat. They ordered food for us and took us to the closest ATM which was going above and beyond. The spa centre is very cute and cozy, with a steam room and sauna.

The only thing we didn't like about the hotel was that the location was down a street that looked a little rough, and perhaps not safe at night time. We did end up walking home one night and we were fine, but we felt we were far away from closer places to eat and pick up snacks. The view was also not great.
