I can say that we liked the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Satisfied with bathroom amenities. We waited for a Swedish table at breakfast, but it didn't happen. breakfast was served to us as a set. It was explained that it was presented in this way due to the small number of guests at the moment. The main thing is that we did not go hungry. The staff was quite accommodating. Would I choose this hotel again? probably yes.

Location is amazing, hardly 4 to 7 Manat to nizami street, Pharmacy, grocery store and a good coffee lovers point BALOO coffee is at walking distance. A pub is nearby too. FO Manager Mr Tural and GM Javaid, are excellent people in group. I enjoyed a warm welcome. I am given room upgrade for free and it was very clean, nice, well decorated, spacious room

Morning Breakfast space to access amenities, is slightly less. Space to sit in hall is very good but accessing coffee and warm milk area was a little cramped.

Premier Palace Baku is undeniably one of the finest choices in Baku. The level of professionalism exhibited by all the staff members is commendable, and the rooms are kept immaculately clean. The culinary experience is delightful, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious Antrikot Kabab. Moreover, the hotel offers excellent facilities such as a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi, adding to the overall appeal. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku.

During my stay at Premier Palace Baku, I had the pleasure of being served and assisted by some truly outstanding members of the team. I would especially like to express my gratitude and admiration for Chef Nicat, Administrator Sadiq, and Afiq. Chef Nicat is an absolute master of his craft — every dish I tried was delicious, beautifully presented, and made with care. His attention to detail and passion for cooking could be tasted in every bite. Sadiq, the administrator, was incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming. He made sure everything was perfect and always greeted us with a smile, no matter the time of day. Afiq also stood out with his friendly attitude, helpfulness, and genuine care for guests. He was always ready to assist and made us feel comfortable and appreciated throughout our visit. In addition, I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the room — everything was spotless, fresh, and well-maintained, which made my stay even more pleasant and relaxing. The hospitality and service at Premier Palace Baku exceeded all expectations, and it's thanks to dedicated people like Nicat, Sadiq, and Afiq. Thank you for making our stay truly memorable!

I liked the interiors, the location that is close to every attraction of the city (use Bolt app). The staff is very good. They were very generous to give us a free upgrade from standard to royal suite. The food is exceptional. They even let us check-in very early and check-out very late free of charges.

The location was good with supermarkets n restaurants quite close at a walking distance. I give high emphasis to staff dealings/ behaviour, and at this hotel, staff was super nice. I would especially like to name Mr Javaid, who treated us very warmly. He brought flowers and a cake to mark our wedding anniversary. Mr Tural was another kind and helping person. He is always there to answer your queries. I would also like to mention the name of a housekeeping staff miss Narmeena. She is extremely hardworking n polite lady, ever ready to make your stay comfortable.

Swimming pool was small n not really clean. I didn't feel like using it even once seeing the colour of water in it. BREAKFAST was quite Conservative. Should have more seasonal fruits. Fruits are not expensive in Baku, so I suggest have them available on breakfast. As a whole it was ok, I will give it a 3 out of 5.

I really liked the hotel. I don't understand the people who gave this hotel a 1. The hotel deserves exactly 9 points on the Booking.com website. the staff is hospitable, the rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is normal, the price is good for this hotel. As for the location of the hotel, it is a 10-minute taxi ride to the city center. Would I choose this hotel again? Of course yes

Whether it was arranging transportation, providing insightful recommendations, or simply engaging in friendly conversation, their dedication to customer satisfaction was truly commendable. The rooms themselves were nothing short of luxurious sanctuaries. Elegantly appointed with classic amenities and plush furnishings, they provided the perfect blend of comfort and style. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the spacious bathrooms were a delight to use. Moreover, the breathtaking views from my window added an extra touch of magic to my sta I would also like to acknowledge the assistance provided by the reception manager during my stay. He was attentive to our needs and responded to our requests promptly . Although I cannot recall his name, his helpfulness and professionalism were truly commendable. He went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met and that I had a memorable experience.
