Everything was fine

I stayed for 9 days with family. Good hotel and especially the staff at the front desk Aga and the other guy were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Location not far from the center. Bolt service is very cheap to take you to the center and other locations.

It’s very clean and specious .calm and quiet area. Easy to get transport.friendly staff especially at the receptionist Mr Aga.He is very sincere and humble guy.

Very spacious, clean room with all necessary amenities situated in quiet neighborhood. Very friendly and polite staff at the reception. I reached there early with my family direct from the airport after an overnight journey. They understood the situation and allowed us to check in early and that was a great help. Breakfast was buffet type and very delicious. Old city of baku can be reached from here by taxi booked through bolt app with less than 5AZN.

Restaurants and supermarkets are not nearby in walkable distance. But as we were using taxi through bolt application, it didnt matter.

Hotel staff was very cooperative neat and new rooms and near to city centre . Taxi availability 24/7 Hotel locality is peaceful and you can have good sleep

The staff are friendly like Mr Aga and very helpful like Mr Seymur (whose English is also very good!). Not to mention Mr Ali, the manager of the Azerbaijan Tours that are provided by the hotel, he is a great guy, may God Almighty bless him! He is very patient and flexible and a kind man - I would recommend taking your tours with him - they are much better value than TripAdvisor and with more time! Wifi was good and stable and room was clean.

One of the windows would not close fully so it was a little noisy from the main road and sometimes tobacco smoke would drift into our room from the corridor. The hot water is also a little tricky to control in the bathroom.

The hotel is new, the location is convenient. Walk at a calm pace to the center for 20-30 minutes, by taxi it’s very fast, the trip will cost about 3 manats. Clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds. There are all necessary equipment in the room. Many thanks to the hotel staff for the warm welcome. I recommend this hotel. Ideal price-quality ratio. I wish everyone a great holidays in beautiful Baku.
