I recently had the pleasure of staying at IstanbulGold Hotel Baku. The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Location is very good and the charges are very reasonable. Friendly, attentive, and anticipatory staff made our stay feel truly special. Rooms are Spacious, well-appointed, and meticulously maintained rooms exceeded our expectations. Breakfast is off course worth mentioning to begin a day with healthy and tasty startup.

Non Availability of food items or kitchen where someone can order food. Even the drinking water is not available at late night.

Our stay at Istanbul Gold Hotel was truly exceptional from the moment we walked through the door. The reception staff welcomed us with such warmth and professionalism that we immediately felt at ease. Their friendly and respectful attitude made check-in smooth and pleasant. The rooms were impeccably clean, neat, and comfortable. Everything was perfectly arranged, and it was clear that hygiene and order are top priorities for this hotel. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job, consistently cleaning the rooms on time and with great attention to detail. What impressed us most was the high level of coordination and supervision throughout the hotel. The hotel manager, a very professional and kind lady (unfortunately, I don’t remember her name), seemed to have everything perfectly under control. Her presence and leadership were clearly reflected in how smoothly and efficiently everything was running

When I arrived at the hotel, I had a lot of luggage. Although there was no bellboy service, the reception staff kindly helped me carry my bags. The staff was very helpful — thank you, I truly appreciate it. When I informed the manager that I have asthma, she made sure that the room was in perfect and proper condition for me. Nothing everything is perfect

This is my second stay at this hotel, and in terms of price and performance, you won’t find a better hotel in Baku! Everything was excellent—from the cleanliness of the rooms to the hotel staff. The team was friendly and welcoming. Although there was a small issue with the room on the first day, as soon as I informed the manager, the problem was immediately resolved. Thank you very much for everything!

Whenever I come to Baku for work, I always choose this hotel without a second thought. You won’t find a better value-for-money hotel in Baku than this one. Everything is excellent, from the rooms to the cleanliness. I’d like to thank the receptionist, Novruz, for the warm welcome.

I recently discovered this hotel on Booking.com. Because of my work, I have to come to Baku often, and this is already my 5th stay at this hotel — everything is perfect! Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent management! Once again, thank you for the great service

The location was in a great area and very close to the center. Their room was very comfortable, and the staff was always very accommodating and friendly - even with arriving at 04:30 am.

The breakfast was a little lackluster. I would have liked a little more protein, but all in all it was ok - it was filling. The room & bathroom also had an unpleasant smell.
