Ample parking, quite and peaceful neighborhood, good breakfast, courteous staff, sea view high floor room with balcony and the suite design and space was very convenient for family of our size. Quality room cleaning and room make up. The place is very close to many beaches and food courts.

Swiming pool was not temperature controlled, we could not swim in cold water. When we checked in, the suite only had few towels, water bottles, no sleepers, whereas our family members were more. Also the balcony chairs were missing. However, upon follow-up with house keeping, all the required stuff were provided.

The beds are so comfortable. Location is a bit far (like around 20 min) from the Manama/Juffair area; however it is very closed to the new mall Galleria Marassi, which is really beautiful. The hotel has very good facilities and in general was quite clean

Nothing very serious to be honest but just as area of improvement: There were not utensils in the kitchen to cook, like pans, pods, also soap and sponge for washing dishes. However, we called the reception and within few minutes they brought a pan and pod to the room. I think it is a bit better if they keep in the room. We were 5 people but there were only 3 glasses.

Lovely hotel room (or should I say apartment). It was very large with all the needed amenities. Air conditioning throughout made our stay extremely comfortable. Good breakfast and incredibly helpful staff.

There could have been a bit more variety to their breakfast selection. The room did not have enough electricity sockets. The placement of the light switches was not well thought out e.g. there were no light switches near the bedside, so I had to get up to switch off the lights. The bedside lamps were not working. Minor niggle but important if like me you like to read before drifting off to sleep.

Huge 1-bedroom suite that is basically a large 1-bedroom flat. Enormous living room with full kitchen and even a washing machine. Bed so large that it needed three pillows. Bath with separate shower, separate bath and bidet. Choice of bars and restaurants with interesting happy hour and other offers. Supermarket and pastry shop both within about 50m. Staff were most welcoming.

Nothing... but some people might not find it to be an ideal location as it is out on Amwaj Island. Having said that, it is only about 15 minutes drive or taxi from the airport and is used as a hotel for Gulf Air flight staff.

The suite is very good, we enjoy the Lagoon view from the balcony. Staff is very kind and polite. Breakfast is for any taste, we love blueberry french toasts, egg tarts and avocado canapes along with beef bacon, hash browns, sausages and variety of pastries.

Walking from the tower to reception through parking area, music can be heard even on 12th floor.

Location is good, always clean and staff courteous and efficient.

I used the gym which is small. Only two treadmills and, even though a Friday, very quickly people were waiting for me and the other user to stop. Bennigans, the pub in the hotel is also completely dead. Used to be a great place with live music pre-covid but seems like it’s never recovered. I’ve been back several times to stay so this is not a one-off.

Huge apartment totally exceeded expectations! Wish we'd had more than one night (just a stop over for one night on way home) to enjoy thus space. The staff were so friendly and helpful and breakfast was full of choice and flavour. Could request any kind of omelette from the chef.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Mr. Jafar during my stay at this hotel, and I must say, he was an absolute delight. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Mr. Jafer was also very knowledgeable about the local area and provided excellent recommendations for things to see and do. His friendly and professional demeanor made me feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel and its exceptional staff, do shout to Mr Jaffar if you visit this place.

Location and facility

Almost every thing was perfect. If i have to chose some thing then i would say House Keeping is not up to the Mark during stay. Towels are not replaced on daily bases and soaps and bath accessories are not refilled.

The one bedroom suit was super clean and kept full kitchen pot wears,Cleanliness all over the hotel is fantastic ,Housekeeping manager satheesh personally visit to the room check about us.there is a female security polite and assisted us twice during our stay.
