The professional staff and cleanliness of the rooms as well as the swift responses to our enquiry for providing the missing items in the room. I reserved three rooms for my family and the polite and professional staff were always there to help

The hairdryer’s outlet in the bathroom was not working and we were informed that it is not functioning in all rooms and instead we need to use the ones in the room. The parking was good but doesn’t have access to hotel except in the highest lots! The A/C was not working in the living room. The pillows are not comfortable and the bathroom inside the room in the suite that we booked has glass door that was not a continent for our stay especially when you have kids staying with you.

The Hotel is clean in very good location, Special thanks to Mr Bassem- Ops Manager he is trying to do his best for customer satisfaction, and Ms Omima from reception as well. the room was clean with nice sea view

Some instructions and rules should be announced before reservation in hotel instruction on booking and also from reception staff :- a. Beach time from 9:30 AM till 6:00 PM. b. The beach is for ladies only every Wednesday. c. No food or drinks are allowed in the beach (only Hotel water bottles are allowed). d. we should have voucher from the hotel for beach access. In addition, they need to take care for the swimming pool area, its very cold and we asked the crew there, to clean the floor beside the table and to clean the table also, they responded to clean the table only and neglected the floor cleaning request.

The staff were great and gave an upgrade on arrival to a suite. They did their best to help and did move us on request back to the room we originally asked for after a very noisy night in the upgraded room from the bar downstairs.

The windows were so dirty we could not see out of them. I eventually asked to be moved back to my originally booked room as I had a balcony and could at least sit out and see the view. The brunch linked to the hotel was a disaster for me. No guidance on how it works, no food for ages and 1 hour to get the first drink. My table was given away before I had eaten my deserts. Being a hotel guest did not make a difference. The entertainment at the brunch was great. But not worth the money.

The decor and general feel of the hotel was excellent. It felt more expensive than it actually was. If you have your own car, and won't rely on taxis, then this hotel is perfect. It's a little far from everything by Bahrain's standards, but do keep in mind it's a small country. The facilities are plentiful, clean, and just good! I was comfortable just about everywhere from my bed, to the outdoor seating. I'm not sure if this is the case in every room, but the fridge in mine was empty, which I actually prefer as I do use the fridge in every hotel room I visit to store food or water; I don't care for minibar snacks. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The area in which the hotel is in is very quiet too, although it's also new so again I do recommend you bring your own car (or rent one). The hotel owns a beach nearby, but I didn't go there.

The internet wasn't the fastest in my room (1203). It's also somewhat far from the Bahrain International Circuit, which was my main reason for visiting, but I'm also used to driving 40+ minutes regularly so it doesn't bother me but it might be a problem for those without a car. Also, the breakfast was only okay, I was expecting it to taste better. The bathroom wasn't as well lit as the rest of the room, but it was very clean and well laid out. I do wish they had a towel rail next to the sink so you could dry your hands. Also, the indoor parking building is really tight for even small vehicles, I recommend parking outside if it's not hot, plus the elevator to the rooms is only on the last floor (3rd floor hotel-side).

Lovely big room with a view of the sea and back towards Manama. The staff are really lovely. Had a haircut and blow dry and thought the prices were reasonable compared to other GCC countries. My husband had a massage and said it was good. Murphy’s pub in the hotel make a brilliant steak and Guinness pie and we enjoyed playing pool and bowling.

The beds are giant and I loved that, but they’re hard. Some people may find being out that side on the island far from other things but we really loved the calm and quiet. I could hear running water quite loudly in another room.

We had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, thanks to the amazing staff at reception. Our room was clean, spacious, and offered an incredible view that made our stay even more enjoyable. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of maintaining the room throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the swimming pool on the 15th floor—a fantastic spot to relax with stunning views. We also had a great time at Murphy's Bar, which features a bowling alley, making it a fun and unique place to unwind in the evenings. Our breakfast was outstanding. The pastries were incredibly tasty and fresh, adding a delightful touch to the meal. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided top-notch service, truly deserving of a 5-star rating. Overall, it was excellent value for money. We highly recommend The Grove Hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

As usual, the location is prime for our needs, a bit remote yet close to all activities and nightlife. Beautiful view, nice staff and service, very clean and quiet rooms.

At the check-in, the receptionist informed us that we could collect our beach passes in the morning, and turn out that (based on their new policy) standard rooms were not eligible (although we always get our passes regardless of the room type). It was a mess that negatively affected our stay, delaying us for over 30 minutes at the reception so that they could correct their mistake of misinforming guests! It was the first time we had faced such an incident cause we usually booked different types of rooms but due to the availability, we had to reserve what was available.

The hotel is a modern and classy hotel, it’s very contemporary and we really d love it, it’s has an opulence and elegance style, it really does have a touch of Buvlgari hotel in London.

1. The rooms sliding glass is not taken care of, I mean it’s not been cleaned for all the time we stayed and before we arrived as well. 2. The food: there is no varieties of food for those that do not eat chicken in cheese and at least they should be basic chicken and chips, curry chicken sauce, beef, fish, etc.

The suite was large and bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was helpful and extended my late checkout to 4pm.

I received a message stating that beach access wasn’t allowed for 1-2 single men (couple, families) Espresso capsule machine in room was not working and not replaced when I told the service staff. I asked for an iron and they brought me a broken one with exposed electric parts. Many stains and a few burn marks on the bedroom carpet and furniture.

The reception counter staff is helpful, especially Miss Santi. The view is very nice, and I appreciate Mr. Reda for his follow-up and resolution of the issue.

I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children, but upon arrival, I was given a room with two single beds. The hotel staff confirmed that there were no family rooms available. Additionally, the location is a bit far from the city center, which is manageable if you have a car. Unfortunately, I also noticed that the bed sheets were torn and the carpet was dirty.
