‏ stayed at Crowne Plaza Bahrain for two nights and had an excellent experience. The hotel offers a comfortable, family-friendly atmosphere and is conveniently located near The Avenues, Bahrain Bay, and King Fahad Causeway, making it ideal for both leisure and business stays. ‏The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the thoughtful decoration arranged in the room for our special occasion, as well as the warm welcome amenities provided upon arrival. ‏Free and easily accessible parking is available on-site, which added to the convenience. The buffet was diverse with a variety of options, and the overall service was excellent. ‏The staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive. Special thanks to the reservations agent for her kind support and to Mr. Karim, the manager, for his outstanding hospitality and respectful attitude. ‏Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay. I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely return in the future.

We checked in late but Ms. Maybel in the front desk is very helpful. She sorted out everything well. Everybody is very attentive with our needs. We needed a candle because they prepared a birthday surprise for my son and Aman from the restaurant gave us candles. Jerry the chef in the restaurant was very accommodating and made us a superb eggs royale during breakfast. Rose in the front desk handled our check out and it was smooth. We really had a grand stay, everybody’s very helpful and kind! Well done to all of you.

The hotel facilities are perfect - you have everything you need in one place. The rooms are cozy and clean, the breakfast is delicious, the swimming pool is large. There are several bars and lingers at the territory of the hotel. The staff is really great - very hospitable, caring and polite.

The location is that you need a taxi to reach most of places. No beach access. We did not need it because the sea in June is hot, but keep in mind.

The hotel location is near everything in Manama. The hotel rooms are comfortable and very clean. The restaurant room is very small for the number of guests, there is lack of management of the room at the peak timings and lead to have no place to seat, this needs to be improved. The swimming pool should be improved to the higher standard and there is enough place to do it.

The hotel was great, the location was convenient, the service was nice and the reception staff were friendly.

There is a bar opposite the reception. The music is very loud when the door is opened. There are people whose clothes are not suitable for conservative families and drunkards. The bar should have been somewhere else or outside the hotel Or in the upper floors.

Farid is an excellent Manager who take care of little details and he is a friendly clever person. Hussein and Firas, 2 nice gentlemen who serve you like royal places. The Chief is amazing and he is really an expert. Kamilia is a sweet person and Laxmi did my checkout was amazing. Soniya thank you for asking about my memeber to get me a discount. Location, breakfast and everything in general

I had to repeatedly ask all the front desk agents on different shifts for a change of room from a king room to a connected family room, but they kept ignoring me. I understand that the hotel could have been fully booked, but they did not inform me or update the status of my request. Also, the king room is tiny compared to other hotels and could easily just be a standard room in other hotels

The stay was very comfortable, especially the reception — the staff member was very cheerful and helpful. All the staff were wonderful, and the hotel was excellent.

The hotel is wonderful, but the lack of an elevator was inconvenient since I’m staying on the upper floors. Everything else was beautiful and excellent.

Duversity in Breakfast & Health club

1. Since the hotel belongs to IHG family, and the later is a partner to Skyteam / Saudi ALFURSAN; hence, the hotel should be able to credit the corresponding miles into the customer's ALFURSAN account. 2. The atmosphere of the pool should be more exciting; e.g. water sports with a coach, music, more trees, wider umbrellas, colder water, etc...

Everything was great. I Loved the place; quite room and clean ; the reception staff are so friendly and helpful .. I loved that they had an instructions cards for everything ( if need a special below.. If you forgot your personal hygiene item just call so and so ) + they asked me about the time of checkout 12 or 2 ( I appreciate that they asked me instead of asking them).+ great hospitality thank you for the fruits.

No elevators.. I know its just a floor but not everyone is able to claim the stairs.
