Everything was perfect and amazing and special thanks from us to Mr. Jaber the receptionist who was so gentle and he surprised my self and my wife when he found out that it was our 25th wedding anniversary ❤️🌹

Everyone and everything was perfect except the last two days as my wife fell sick from food poisoning after she ate shawarma ordered from room service on Saturday night as after few hours she vomited 🤮 with abdominal discomfort and pain accompanied with it diarrhea for the next two days.

Location and service

They take fees for valet parking even if you are resident in the hotel and this i never seen in my entire life in any 5 star hotel ! To go to your suite directly from parking you need to go to the lobby first then take another left to the rooms .. there is no direct left from parking to your suite which is making experience not comfortable There is no arrangement and work alignment between reception staff , i called in the night before checkout asking for late check out not but started from 12:30 PM receptionist started calling me and wake me up and when i informed them they said we don’t have any idea about it .

It was okay. The rooms are a bit outdated and once I asked them for an upgrade (since it’s subject to availability) the front desk employee Ameer told me there is no availability which is quite strange since it’s a mid-week.

They informed us about the indoors pool maintenance only couple of HOURS before checking-in via e-mail. They failed to mention it when they called prior by one day to confirm the stay,which is obviously a marketing technique so that it’s too late to for free cancellation nor rescheduling.

Clean - pool staff were so kind and respectful and smiling all the time despite working in a hot and humid weather - the room - location

I was really upset and annoyed by the staff who are working at the reception.. they are not smiling at all they look upset also we talked to one of the staff by the telephone asking about late check out and the employee was impolite, rude and not helpful

I had the most wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Bahrain. From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel at home, and the service was exceptional throughout. A special thanks to Maida, who truly went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable during my stay. She was thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my experience memorable. By the pool, Naveed was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He made sure everything was perfect and added such a warm touch to my time relaxing there. I also visited the spa and had a Balinese massage, which was absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed and renewed. I highly recommend this experience to anyone staying at the hotel. It was a lovely getaway, and I honestly felt like home because of the way the staff took care of me. Every detail was handled with such care, and I deeply appreciate the genuine hospitality. I highly recommend Four Seasons Bahrain and can’t wait to return!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere – it made for a very restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The gym was clean and well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, both local and international. Room service was also prompt and tasty. What truly made the stay exceptional was the excellent customer service. Every staff member I encountered went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Five stars all the way

1) The design and decoration was amazing specially the Lobby. 2) the room was spacious & comfortable. 3) there was a lady who plays piano in the Lobby, she was super amazing.

1) Food: I tried the breakfast & the dinner in the room The Food wasn’t Good Enough as the food both in four Seasons Kuwait & Seoul. 2) unfortunately I couldn’t try the Japanese restaurant because of the dress code :( 3) the songs played in the outdoor pool area was annoying (it’s just my opinion)

We had a very excellent time at the hotel. The Hotel was Excellent and all the Staff from front door to room staff were very friendly and meet all our request. We must say a extra thanks to the All the staff in the restaurant - who prepared to our special dietary (Full vegetarian without O&G) need for our family. The hotel was beautiful - with all facilities for very comfortable stay. Children club / activities was excellent. As our Granddaughter loved it. WE HAD A VERY WONDERFUL TIME AT THIS HOTEL. Very welcoming HOTEL AND STAFF - from Manager to room staff.

None at present. Possibly the cost was high. It may be better if breakfast is included in the room rate. Like other 5 Star hotels.

I had a fantastic stay at Four Seasons Bahrain! Everything was perfect, from the service to the cleanliness and overall atmosphere. The location is fantastic, and I loved the stunning views from the hotel. The spa was an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend it. Also, the boat ride to The Avenues is a unique and convenient way to explore the mall.

The only minor issue was the slow internet, but it didn’t affect my overall experience. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bahrain.

The atmosphere and the style and the staff

The swimming pool’s surface is not comfortable and it isnt safe.. its very rough! Me and my family had a lot of wounds and bloods in our feets and this is not the first time this happens with us i dont know how a hotel like four seasons installed such uncomfortable surface at their pool!!! I remember it was very cood when it was the same to the adults pool (azure) also the glass bottles of water is not easy to open for the kids and old people
