One of the rare hotels I truly enjoyed staying at – and for all the right reasons. Spotless cleanliness throughout the hotel. Every staff member was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It never felt like a place just trying to charge you – it felt like being welcomed into someone’s home. Room service was on another level — honestly felt like a five Michelin star experience. Towels and bed linens were impressively fresh and clean, soft on the skin with no strong smell, which is extremely rare in hotels. Location-wise, it couldn’t get better — right in downtown, walking distance from the old souk, beach, airport, and plenty of malls and food spots. Thank you for the amazing stay — if I’m ever back in Bahrain, I’ll definitely stay again. Keep it up!

This was the third time we've stayed here and (like previous visits) it was a great hotel for a getaway. An excellent room (corner suite with excellent views) with lots of space, extremely comfy and clean. The breakfast was excellent, and the lounge access (with snacks and drinks) was also great. We used the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym - all of which were great. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also in a great location for exploring the souq.

No issues at all. The price was a little more than a previous visit, but we booked relatively close to the time of the visit.

Wow! So excellent ! From beginning to end we were treated as VIPs at all times - the staff are amazing, so polite & helpful. The premises are beautiful and the location just perfect, near the souk. Our room was of utmost comfort, with perfect sized pillows and a beautiful view. The breakfast was fantastic, with all sorts of varieties. The staff again, super friendly and attentive. The swimming pool was super nice and we also tried the Teatro restaurant which was delicious 5 stars to the staff who was fantastic!! Many thanks for making us feel special during our stay 😍

Service by all staff is alway top notch. Cleanliness always top notch as well. Also, I definitely was delighted and happy to FINALLY see that the pork station has been brought back after years of it being MIA...so well done on that front. Buffet breakfast is always amazing and super fresh spread of everything, including juices...that pineapple juice was sublime and so fresh and tasty.

Room service came multiple times to my room on the first day when I had just checked in around 4pm...I literally was in my room for less than 10-15 minutes and was being asked if I needed my room cleaned and then someone else came about 45 mins to an hour later, as well as one more person around 8 or 9pm, asking again. That was highly annoying and irritating because I was trying to focus on work. I know they are just doing their duties and job but there should be some sort of communication to let others know that the room has been cleaned for the day. Also, even though my room was spotless and throughly cleaned, when I tried to take a shower there was barley any body wash or shampoo in the provided dispensaries, the cleaner had forgot to refill them, so I had to remind them the next day.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to Receptionist Aladdin, Maintenance Staff Omar, and Receptionist Siham for their professional and outstanding service during my stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt a warm welcome and genuine care, which made me feel comfortable and valued. Additionally, they provided me with excellent assistance that reflects a high level of professionalism and attention to guest comfort. I also wish to thank all the hotel staff for their continuous efforts in providing exceptional service, making my stay an unforgettable experience. it's a wonderful hotel if you're visiting Bahrain for business. Almost everything met my expectations. the breakfast is tasty. the fitness center is well equipped. the business lounge had lots of equipment, highly maintained and open for 24/7. it has a swimming pool and spa but I didn't visit them. the rooms are comfortable and clean. the location of the hotel is at the center of Manama, downtown which facilitates all services and movements around. it's my favourite in Bahrain.

surprisingly, almost nothing !!

Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, location was perfect, hotel facilities were clean and modern and the breakfast was amazing. Also the view from our room was incredible. It was okay to wear a bikini by the pool as well and the bar attendant there made me such a good mojito! We also got access to the VIP lounge which had free wine and cocktails every night from 7-9 as well as free coffee, snacks, sweets, and soft drinks all day. The gym had everything you could need (squat rack, bench rack, cardio machines, loose dumbbells, and an amazing view for whole you’re working out! There’s also access to a jacuzzi and sauna / steam room which was so relaxing. We will stay here again when we come back to Manama.

1-The service in the restaurant was great and they are very helpful for the people who have allergies , iam so grateful for jam (Waiter) , Executive Chef David Miras and his team for being helpful and kind 2-The hotel was so close to the Bab Al Bahrain and the location of the hotel not far (for car ride ,taxi) to Bahrain Bay and The Avenues.
