I recently stayed at the Swiss International Palace Hotel Manama in January 2025 and had a great experience overall. The hotel offers several highlights that made my stay enjoyable: Gym Facility: The gym was well-equipped and convenient for a quick workout. Clean and Comfortable Rooms: My room was clean and nicely maintained, which added to my comfort during the stay. Excellent Service: The staff provided exceptional service, addressing my concerns promptly and courteously. Great Value: At just 204 SR ($54), the price is hard to beat for the quality offered. Prime Location: Shops and restaurants are all within walking distance, which was incredibly convenient. Parking: On-premise parking was a significant plus, especially in a bustling area like Manama. The room even included an iron and ironing board. So I would say don't hesitate to book at Swiss International Palace Hotel!

One minor issue was the first room I was assigned, which was a bit smoky. However, after raising my concern, the staff immediately moved me to another room which reflects excellent service. The new room was smoke-free and still offered a fantastic city view. The only drawback was the music from the nightclub, which was a little loud at night. If you’re sensitive to noise, it might be worth requesting a room farther from the club. However, they can reduce the volume by 50% and I expect the club-goers can still have a wonderful time. Despite these small issues, I highly recommend this hotel for its value, amenities, and location. It’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers

The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, prime location and free breakfast are what grabbed our attention to the hotel. We loved everything!I highly recommend Swiss International Palace Hotel for its cozy rooms, friendly staff special mention to Sir ARMANDO for his execellent customer service and assistance for our whole stay and the rest of staff.A big thumbs up!

Really liked every single person on the staff - very nice and helpful peoples. Indian food for breakfasts is my new love. Quality daily cleaning. Huge bed with lots of pillows. Blackout curtains. The hotel is in a non-touristy area, at the same time it was not hard to get to any location by taxi. There are plenty of stores and eateries nearby.

Sadly the pool was not working. The water in the shower was colder than it needed to be for me. Sometimes the music disturbed my sleep(

The location is convenient and in busy area. lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Easy to catch buses!

Wifi is very weak in room, it is good at lobby area. Breakfast is served, have to wait for very long time. But the waiter is super nice.

If the cleaner comes to clean while you are in the room, you naturally say that she should clean after we leave. Since the cleaning was not done, you should not be in the room. Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned twice.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They were extremely accommodating and allowed me to check out a bit later than the check- out time.

The location was a bit complicated & crowdy as it is in the center of Manama city.

The music in the hotel restaurant was extremely loud, they usually stop the music at 2 AM which is not very good if you like to sleep early.
