friendly staff and clean environment

in the website it says I can invite visitors. but at the property they said I have to pay 10BD for the visitor. which is annoying.

The lady at the reception (from the Philippines) was extremely welcoming. I have very much appreciated her explanation about the city and hotel facilities. The cleaning lady has done a very good job and I have appreciated the complementary water offered by her. The security guys were also there, when needed. Good free toiletries for a hotel of this rating Great price (just 15BD) Nice view towards the sea at the 11th floor

Breakfast is no longer served as a buffet (as shown in the pictures, so I opted for outside food) The bathroom door was quite old and affected by humidity

Every time you need to contact the reception in order to provide things that are considered self-evident in a hotel of this classification. Such as a towel, toothbrush, even bathroom shoes...etc Not allowing my friend to visit me. only with charging10 BD Other than what they explained during the call before the audience

The staff and the location are great. You can explore a lot of Manama on foot from here, and adequate bus transportation is nearby to the bus station, airport, and beyond in Bahrain.

Non-daily room cleaning, but didn’t specifically ask for it either. (Whenever I needed something it was immediately delivered).

The location was good enough to access the main city centre and the facilities were as the same as it is stated. I would like to give more credits to the cleanliness, it was so neat and tidy everything. The ambience of the room was upto the mark. Highly recommended.

The rooms were nice & clean. The location was also very easily accessible. Indoor parking is a plus.

The food was not at par, the room service didn't serve the ordered breakfast & they didn't serve the tea with. There should be a buffet breakfast

The room size and the service, the price was reasonable and the facilities were amazing. It was a great stay and I am hoping to come back more often. The best hotel in my opinion with its qualities and descriptions.

Parking building is closed and not used although there is outside yard for barking no western night club Monroe hotel guest resident pay fees for one Arabic night club at 7 Fl

The staff is wonderful - really sweet and helpful, they made my stay very pleasant. The location is central nd easy to find.

The pool and the rooms were pretty shabby and passe. I'd say this place is overpriced for this quality since the pictures were showing some newish interior.

They need to charge if your friend/someone will visit you in the room.
