The room and bathroom are off a decent size, you have space to move! The rooms was cleaned everyday The gym is well equipped with up to date weights and cardio machines and the Gym Manager is on hand if needed The highlight for me was the front desk Sonique, Nilofar and Sreeya with all extremely helpful and supportive they are an asset to the hotel.

Juffair is being developed so there is allot of construction in the area, dust everywhere Be mindful some hotels are seedy

Hotel and Room was exceptionally clean. Room cleaned daily and staff helped whatever was needed. Airport pickup and return was well organised and stress free. Also price is very reasonable. Hotel Pool area was good, only downside needed to time when to lie out in the sun, due to location of sunbeds. Wasn’t a major issue thou. Very close to various Restaurants and varied food choices. Hotel was above my expectations

The hotel and Booking.com urgently needs to sort out the amount of phishing messages pretending to be from this venue. This has been going on for months now.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful

Having booked a non smoking twin room we were checked into a double room. Changing was no problem, but the twin we were moved to seemed to be a smoking room. The bathroom door wouldn't close.

The location is great. Very close by to everything we need and the hotel is value for money. Clean room and alright shower. That’s all you need.

The place is tired and could do with some deep cleaning and redecoration. There also seems to be a damp/dusty smell when you get to the room

it was wounderfful trip espicially what we found in the hotel and also the sttaf like sanaullah and Ashu ana thank to them alot for bieng nice and kind .

This hotel was a great surprise for us. Wife and I really enjoyed the night in there. Room was very clean, very cold AC and nice hot shower. Internet was also very good and there was plenty of parking available within the building garage.

The only drawback on this stay was the check in, which took a while to be done.

We were able to check in 3 hours early free of charge, the rooms were clean, and the hotel had an F1 shuttle. Silent at night (lots of hotels in Juffair have big noise issues) - so that was great too!

The room - one bed room suite - is nice and spacious. And the bathroom is spacious as well.

The corridors and elevator landing are dark and creates a claustrophic effect because the lights are not permanently on but triggered by motion-detection sensors. Unfortunately the sensor are not very sensitive and takes time to trigger the lights. Also, no fridge in this room (714).

The room service was excellent, their response and support is so fast... Internet speed was excellent... Door man is so professional in taking care of guests... The food is so nice... Having Big Texas Barbeque & Waffle House restaurant in the ground floor is big plus...

The car park area needs cleaning... Room towels are clean but should be replaced...
