I like the rooms very spacious and clean. All the bathrooms are nice and big. The hallways to the elevators were clean and smells good.

I want the complete supplies inside the hotel room S/bathrooms like no towels ready in all bathrooms, I still need to ask. The TV sound always go to headphone or no sound. The bathroom doesn’t smell good when you turn off the exhaust fan.

Check-in / Check-out process was fast, The Staff was professional and customer satisfaction oriented, the Location is perfect, Facilities were clean/open and working, Smart TVs that can connect with our devices, and the kitchen was well equipped. "Aswathy as part of the guest service was following up with everything"

Bathroom Showers Cabinet Door needs to open inward side and 3 CM high steps need to be fitted after the floor seal so that water does not come out and flood the bathroom floor.

The service and hospitality of the staff is wonderful and very generous and kind. The check-in procees was very smooth and easy as it took me only 5 mins to check in

The Talabth delivery guys rang my apartment several times as some other guests had input my room number . I suggest the hotel staff stop this and ask the delivery guys to leave it in the lobby. Since it's very disturbing and has no privacy.

Staff were very accommodating and eager to assist. The location is good for all local amenities. Easy to find and good for relaxing

All was fine and expected within booking. The free internet only is available within immediate vicinity of room. It is advised that you also get the Reception Wi-Fi code on arrival, especially if you don't have Bahrain phone package.

Location, size of apartment and the design of bedrooms

Communication with staff - long time to answer when I call them in reception - level of housekeeping is the worst I have seen - you need to pay for ice - response is too low and slow

There are a lot of sides which I like it Staff are wonderful smiling and friendly especially miss. Nivea she was helpful and professional Location is amazing everything is around me Cleaning is great

Nothing really

The staff were excellent and very helpful. We came in March for the Grand Prix and the staff arranged transport to and from the track over the 3 days. As well as that, the hotel was clean and our rooms were very comfortable. The spa upstairs is a must! I also have to mention the service - it was very attentive and the staff on the whole were very polite and helpful, especially Raees and Aswathy. They made sure our every need was catered for.
