I always like this hotel and I have stayed here three times already. The prices are great and the people are friendly.

I did not like the room service for food. The cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom soup made me and my friends sick. We all had stomach aches after eating the soups. The ceaser salad had a bitter after taste, so it was not eatable. When breakfast came, the guy did not bring me silverware to eat with. So he went to get it but by that time the food was cold. So he has to make another trip just to reheat my food. Food services was a mess, and this was the first time experiencing bad food service with this hotel. My friend and will eat put outside when we come from now own.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Juffair Boulevard Hotel, and I must say it was a truly enjoyable experience. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, and the accommodations were both comfortable and well-maintained. From the moment I checked in, the staff made sure everything was taken care of with professionalism and kindness. The facilities were impressive – clean, modern, and well-equipped, providing everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Special thanks to the management team, and in particular to the Duty Manager, Sasha or maybe I am pronouncing incorrectly- he is friend and brother . His assistance and helpful efforts truly stood out and made a great difference in my overall experience. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction are highly commendable. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping staff ensured that the room was always clean and comfortable. Every staff member I encountered was polite, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to help with anything needed. In conclusion, everything during my stay was excellent. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and high level of service. Hopefully, I will have the opportunity to return in the near future.

The rooms are well appointed, the apartments have a working kitchen and separate bedroom. This time was during Ramadan, the hotel was very quiet, because the clubs were closed, for a more sensitive sleeper this is the best time to visit.

The problem was the rules of Bahrain, rather than the hotel; alcohol cannot be served during the holy month of Ramadan, so people that visit from outside the country do not know this. Expats that live in Bahrain know this and build up a stock before the religious season starts, consuming it throughout the holy month. During the rest of the year there are three clubs open, two in the basement, but one on the roof of one of the hotel's towers, this one plays loud music until morning, when you can hear the dull thud of a bass beat until 07:00 or 08:00 in the morning. This could easily be solved by reducing the amount of bass in the music.

Room is big, clean and nice looking hotel with enough parking as well.

The noise of the club was overwhelming, went on till adter 0400am. The stuff at the check in counter were not friendly at all and it took time to check in.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the center and close to everything we wanted to explore. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable overall. The only downside was that the pillow wasn’t as comfortable as we hoped, but that didn’t take away from our experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again!

His commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction was evident throughout my visit. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of Juffair.

Honestly, the place gives you what you really need. Definitely not suitable for families. Room service is fast and satisfactory. Reception staff cooperation and overcoming any obstacles really outstanding, especially Bashir and Miss from India in the period after midnight, she was very cooperative and understanding .

They should provide bathroom amenities from the beginning, you don't have to ask for it yourself. I'm talking about toothbrushes, shaving kits, etc.

They were always smiling, very attentive, and went above and beyond to meet all our needs. Their professionalism and dedication truly made our experience more comfortable and enjoyable. Accessible to Grand Mosque and Lulu Market. There is a kitchen where you can cook the food that you like, at any time. Mr. Rishi, the receptionist, was very helpful at all times.He even acted as Concierge and Bell Boy during his afternoon shift. During his night shift, he sent the bottled waters within a minute after a phone call to him which, by the way, were requested since afternoon shift.

A good location in central Juffair. The room is well appointed, with a good room AC and heater, it is also well maintained and very clean. The hotel lift takes you to the car-park at level 1, where you can walk through to the car-park of the Juffair Mall, containing a cinema and a large Lu-Lu supermarket, as well as other shops, including a chemists. There is also a SAB (HSBC) ATM in the lobby.

Even in the 'quiet tower' there is a low thud thud thud throughout the night coming from the club on the top floor of the tower holding the bedrooms offered. This could be easily solved by reducing the amount of bass played in the music.
