The staff was awesome. They fulfilled every request to perfection. When I didn’t get my room cleaned because I was tired, the cleaners made sure to put at least 4 bottles of water in front of my door, which was awesome given the temperatures outside. The rooms were awesome, especially for the price, only downside is that the water only came out very very hot and. I had to turn the water handle all the way to cold to get “normal” temperature water out, which is fine but still something that might need some work.

The only real negative critique I have for the Hotel, is that the Fridge in the room didn’t really get as cold as I hoped. Otherwise, nothing to say !

1- Everything was ok, except for one cockroach 🪳 2- Recommendation: If you are a non-smoker, insist on a non-smoking room, rooms used by smokers retain a smoking smell that is difficult to bear. 3- The whole district, Juffair, is difficult to tolerate noise, especially on weekends (I can not explain more), with the presence of a huge number of nightclubs.

It was a comfortable stay overall. Breakfast was fine. The bed was good and all the facilities were available before check in. All toiletries were provided. Housekeeping was puncture and very efficient and trained staff.

Nothing, just a suggestion that it's better to have covered parking.

It would have been a great experience, but the rooms are not soundproof. Guest above my room kept me up all night, I had to call the front desk to talk to them, but still. May be the hotel has to pay attention to keep families with kids on the lower floors. Another thing is that there is no microwave.

As ever, the staff and administration are the best . They are the main reason I stay at Al Safir hotel Manama.

1 the tv cable channels are very few, most have poor quality picture or sound . The light in the minibar remained lit all night despite closing its door appropriately which made it difficult to have the required darkness for sleep.

I'm very shocked that this hotel has only a 6.9 rating on Booking.com. It might be due to the pervious management or due to some over exaggerated bad comments. Safir by far has exceeded my expectation. Staff were pleasant, cheerful & professional. Check in/check out was an ease. By the time you reach the reception your room key and documentation is already ready. Extremely clean premises. Starting from the entrance, lifts, hallways & rooms were quire clean and had a good ambience with a light perfumed smell and harmonized music. Rooms were neat. Bed was comfy. Location is great. Ample parking. Family friendly as well which I wasn't expecting. Keep up the good work guys.

Water pressure in the toilets could be improved. Could do with more than one towel in the toilets. Carpets in the room need a make over. Breakfast menu could be bettered but it ain't that bad either.

Clean and very welcoming. Location is great. Benningans and Italian cuisine right outside with a number of other bars and clubs within a 2 minutes walk. Hotel Staff were great ( easy check in), and the facilities were excellent. Stayed on the 9th floor. Room was clean and spacious but a little dated by today's standards. Toothbrush shampoo etc we're all provided with towels. Tea and coffee is also provided . If you want peace and quiet then this is definitely not the place to stay as the road outside is extremely busy with constant traffic and you will definitely hear this in your room. Also parking can be an issue as patrons visiting restaurants and bars in the area utilitise the hotel car park ( not good). Recommend hotel put in at least a usb socket which is now common practice, and would be nice to have one English speaking news channel but you do get MBC action etc. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the hotel for cleanliness and value for money.

The hotel, staff, food specialy their hospitality. This hotel are going beyond their support to make their guest hotel experience the most of ever. Please don't believe on other negative comment(s). This hotel will treat you as their most special guest once you arrive and when you leave. This hotel is superb.

Nothing. All good things to say only on this hotel. You must stay to experience what good things they can offer.

Excellent Staff, spacious room, good facilities and good location in the Jaffair area. Lu Lu super market/Mall is five minutes walk to the left of the hotel. Money Exchange service and a nice restaurant serving delicious food at reasonable price is also located at the Mall. The Grand Fateh Mosque is near by.

The location is far from the city center and you need taxis to reach Bab Al Bahrain and Almuhrraq area.

Location is good close to services and bus, Staff were very nice, BF was very good but suggest to add hot milky drinks (Cappuccino, Latte) just have espresso and American.
