We like the Location of the Hotel, it is very near to all the Local malls and Street Food Locations. Thanks to Mr. Gaurav for the free upgrade of our room from a Deluxe Twin Room to an Executive Family Suite. The Hotel Staff was very nice and room service was also good. We stay at this hotel for 4 days. Breakfast is not included in the price of the room. The hotel also has LIV Club and we have visited once.

Car Parking is very tight. Every time we struggle to get our car in and out of the car park. The furniture of the Hotel has become outdated and they should change it.

Breakfast is same repeated whereas other hotels have buffet there are no food varieties only 3types 1. Indian (4 option puri bhaji, dosa, appam and chapati bhaji) where bhaji is same for all options which comes with dosa puri and chapati. 2. American consisit of egg either half fry or full fried 2pcs of sausage and 4 half thin slice of tomato and 4 thin slices of cucumber, small sachet of butter and jam with 2 bread slice and 1 croissant. 3. Arabic consist of 1 and half khubs with kidneybeans porridge kreme company cheese 4 cubes and full fried egg with same bread and jam and slices of tomato and cucumber. with these 3 breakfast they provide 1glass tang orange juice and 1small fruit platter

satisfied about everything location and stuff specially front office (Mr.Subhan) was very helpful and coopery, facilities was good.

except room cleanness and bedding was not as expected, i wish you give more attention to bedding cleanness and overall room cleanliness.

I have been going to the hotel for several years. Its price is reasonable. Firstly, the cleanliness is good and there is no noise. It is close to the restaurant street and the staff is helpful.

The hotel staff are friendly, the hotel is conveniently located walking distance to American alley with shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean with very comfortable bed and nice shower. The Smart TV great for watching Netflix and YouTube

No coffee in the room but only tea and 2 small bottles of water

Very good value for the price , everything was great starting from check in by the beautiful arabic lady at the reception to the friendly staff in all the hotel specially room service....only i have one comment that there were tea,sugar and cups inside the room but no boiler.

The Room was a standard room, I asked for Iron for ironing my clothes and they provided with Ironing stand and also provided me microwave on demand, they are very friendly in treating their guests

The hotel was comfortable and in a great location. The staff were very helpful. I was very happy that I could park my car in the car park and not have to leave it on the road.

A bit of noice from the night club, but the staff did warn me.
