Staff was friendly and help

A minor thing that happened at the end of my stay when I asked one of the workers there which one is cheaper, the city Taxi or Uber? He Said take the Taxi and he called one for me. He came and took me which is surprisingly was more expensive than Uber. The driver told me that it’s 6 BD. I asked him why? He told me that calling me is 2 BD and the trip cost around 4 BD. If I had called Uber, it would have cost me 4 BD only. However, that doesn’t take from the good experience of the hotel.

It was truly an amazing experience staying at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always trying their best to accommodate our requests promptly. A special mention to the wellness centre – the experience there was fantastic. Mr. Viraj was incredibly helpful and guided us well to make the most of the available facilities. One of the highlights was the ample parking space – I never had trouble finding a spot, which added to the convenience of the stay. I stayed in a one-bedroom suite, which was well soundproofed, ensuring minimal disturbance from adjacent rooms. The suite was spacious, both the room and the living area, and came fully equipped with all essential amenities including an oven, stove, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, iron box, and basic utensils. While there were no dental kits available at check-in, the staff promptly provided them upon request and ensured that all such items were replenished daily. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely love to visit again.

Loved it! Great location - about 17-20 minutes from the airport depending on the traffic and time. As you exit the hotel and turn left - there's a few supermarkets and basically a food street with Nandos, Hardee's, Subway, Tim Hortons, Chicket amongst other local options as well as a pizza joint. Easy (and cheap) to call ubers. About a 10 minute drive from the grand mosque. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Arman stood out in particular. Very clean apartments. Microwave which is a lifesaver.

Nothing obvious but it can get a bit rowdy during the weekends. Keeping a bit of a lid on the music so it doesn't disturb people would be a nice touch.

I have reserved the royal penthouse and 3 bedroom flat. And we were staying heir for two days. First of all many thanks for all stuff at the hotel, and this is including all the stuff at the reception, service, restaurant, at main swimming pool, and even at the car entrance. The hotel management (Mr Muner) knows how to manage their employees at high standards for customer satisfaction. Especial thanks goes to Mr. Muner for his support during my family stay. I’m really thankful to him for making all the possible things for marvelous and exceptional stay. I don’t do hotel review, but the support I have had received made me to do so.

We recently stayed at our go-to accommodation in Bahrain during the F1 weekend, and once again, it did not disappoint. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage at the hotel upon our early arrival, well before the standard check-in time. Our bags where taken to our rooms prior to our arrival from the track once the room we request was available .This thoughtful gesture enabled us to head straight to the track without any hassle. Upon returning late that evening, we found our rooms impeccably clean and well-maintained. Whenever we required additional water or towels, the staff responded promptly and courteously. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a diverse selection of delicious options to suit all tastes. Overall, it was another excellent stay characterized by friendly staff and efficient service. We look forward to returning with our family on our next visit to Bahrain.

The staff are very accommodating and hospitable. The location is very convenient because there are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. The room is clean and fully furnished which is easier for us since we have 2 small kids with us. The kids love the indoor pool and the food is great as well. The staff on duty from the night we came in to the day we left are very nice and they have assists us in the things we need. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Bahrain.

We had a great experience! The service was excellent, and the response was impressively fast. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. We accidentally left some items behind in the hotel and contacted them a day later—they were kind enough to store the items in their lost and found for six months until we could pick them up. The hotel was very clean, with plenty of car parking and good security. The location is also fantastic, surrounded by many coffee shops and restaurants.

We did experience some noise from cars at night, especially on the weekend. If you’re booking a suite, I recommend keeping the balcony door locked to avoid this.
