The location of the hotel is pretty strategic. Close to Juffair square and Juffair mall. Close to supermarket where you can buy your supplies. I have a room to the city view. The reception personnel are very helpful and friendly. They try their best to make your stay more enjoyable. The hotel staff can easily accommodate and arrange things.

Just so you know, a few things can be improved, and I would rather talk directly to ease communication. I have been traveling to many parts of the world, and I know very well what the hospitality world works.

I reserved a deluxe room at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite, all thanks to the receptionist Mohammed Tufail and his generous gesture. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and great location.

I found the hotel to be very nice overall, but the noise from the club on the first floor and the highest floor was a major downside. However, I discovered that booking a room on the 4th or 5th floor is noise-proof.

The staff are wonderful and cooperative, Especially the managers at the reception. The break is always super delicious and has a lot of varieties. Overall excellent service. I stayed almost 4 times and surely all upcoming stays will be in Ramee California Hotel. I expect to receive some discount/coupon code to get more discounts :)

The toilets need Improvement maybe the AC duct needs to be cleaned because there smell in the bathroom, and it requires extra toiletries. Bedroom and Lounge area Lights need improvement.

A/C was freezing cold, the controllers to lower it was not working, I forgot to report it to staff

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They really went out of the way to make our stay pleasant and help out whenever we asked for it. While the whole staff is fantastic, a special shoutout must be made to Mosin who provided us room service each day with a smile. Also, we HIGHLY recommend that you pay a little extra for breakfast when booking, they provide an amazing breakfast each day if you do, and also at a greatly discounted price. While the hotel isn't super cheap, the value you get for your money is amazing. Highly recommended!
