The location was very good and have big rooms

The house keeping was very bad Torn bed sheets and cigarette holes on the bed sheets Towels not clean it have orange and black spots on them

The current operational efficiency of the air conditioning system is not aligned with optimal performance benchmarks, as it is presently configured to maintain a fixed temperature of 23 degrees Celsius. Regrettably, this setting does not adequately fulfill the comfort requirements of the occupants. We strongly recommend that necessary modifications be executed to enhance the comfort levels of the patrons, as they are expressing a desire to adjust the temperature settings to better align with their personal preferences.

Great facilities and restaurant, with a good location.

A security deposit of 30 aed is now being imposed on guests. A new rule, I was told, after having stayed there 2 weeks ago. Not a wise move for such a highly rated establishment. I stay in hotels all over Bahrain, and this is the only time I have come across this. I don't know whose idea it was, but they should rethink it. It really brings down the tenor of the place.

When you enter the building at the front counter you greeted by happy people who willing to assist you on your arrival. The breakfast was good. They had a pool, massage palor, and a nice equipment gym room. Which im disappointed that i didnt get a chance to use. It also had a bar next to the pool. you could play darts or shoot a game of pool. They also had a dance floor inthe adjacent room.

The mattress on bed was a little too firm for me. I asked for a topper to be added. It help some.

Location

1/ The hotel takes 300 sr tameen, which is a silly decision. This will downgrade the hotel level and give a bad impression. 2/ net in room is very weak and smart TV is not working, you can't watch TV channels even. 3/ Receptionists are always not in the mood. They don't care much about the guests. You never find a smile or even a welcome statement!!

It was a great stay, I stayed for 3 nights, the price was amazing the staff was really helpful and professional, and welcoming. I choose the hotel for cleanliness and it was over my expectation. the room was very clean and quiet and all that I need was there. the bed is very comfortable, the hotel's facilities are excellent, the parking area is big and a lot of parking is available. the hotel has a great dining area. and it is a good choice for families. the room service was great and fast. unfortunately, I didn't try in-room dining but from what I heard the food is good over there. For sure the hotel will be my choice for my next visit to Bahrain.

Just one small problem with the lights and AC, I can't turn off the lights in the room unless I pull out the card from the slot, and the AC was little bit cold.

I just had always coffee with Danish pastry. But its good delicious. I stay 03 nites and its comfortable. Difenatly i would like to stay again this property.

Only the rates i find little higher.. within next mints i find rates change in booking.com. but its fine most important thing is that i enjoyed my short holidays here.

The junior sweet was very spacious. Very nice. Clean. Friendly staff.

You have a big smart TV inside the living room only. The browser don't support netflix. Very limited tv programs in english.

They finally renovated the rooms. Very nice. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Hotel is very clean everywhere. Location is very conveneint. Many supermarkets and restaurants around the area.

Still not able to access the web browser on the smart tv.(blocked) They start taking 50BD as deposit for property damage, and you will be refund in cash during check-out

Excellent expereince

Everything except the Billing method. If you book through booking.com the hotel refuses to give a receipt. They advise the guest to collect it from Booking.com Which is very absurd. Booking.com should take care of this issue. Otherwise, I have to go to other hotels that give receipts upon checkout.
