Staff are helpful and polite the communal areas are clean and welcoming.

the rooms were not as clean as they could have been and the towels did not get replaced as quick as they should have.

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Butterfly Residence in Manama. The staff was exceptionally helpful and responded quickly to all our requests, which made the experience smooth and pleasant. Staff is helpful. Quick action on our request. A peaceful and comfortable stay overall.

Housekeeping was scheduled every other day, which felt a bit infrequent for a short stay. Daily service would have been more convenient, especially for guests traveling with family or staying in multiple rooms.

Positives: 1)Check in and out was smooth and employee in the reception was cooperative 2)the apartment is very big specious and suitable for my family members Nicly , it felt very homey 3)lightening was perfect 4)kitchen well arranged and equipped 5)4 bathrooms was more than enough 6)closets was excellent and very good quality 7)the location is amazing being near Juffair Square and a lot of other coffee shops and restaurants in the Center

1) housekeeping was done only once during our 1 week stay and based on my request , they came after 1 hour, in general you could do much more better in term of cleaning the apartment. 2) you have very nice swimming pool at the roof my kids loved it but again not very clean and no guard, no services there , the view of Bahrain from the roof was stunning but not safe for kids. I think you have excellent roof top that you need to fix it and utilise it in a more effective way.

Location, calm and practical for long stays, worth the value

The interior needs upgrades and the electricity is quite complicated, the ac keeps on turning off at night even if you cancel the auto-fan,

The property was big and clean.

The staff cleaning, her name is Josie, very mean housekeeper. She was making rude remarks as she was cleaning saying that there's too much hair. Also made some unfriendly gestures while I was checked in. Please have a talk with her as she comes off very rude!

The location and facilities were amazing. The rooms were spacious and views spectacular. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Pool, gym and BBQ area were lovely. We would love to book again for sure.

Short term let's might benefit from a welcome hamper of basic goods and cleaning products (for a small fee perhaps).

Fantastic location and residence, the flat itself was fantastic and the pool & gym were an added bonus. I would recommend to stay here again.

Only improvement I'd recommend is for the flat to be cleaned and dusted prior to arrival and thay thr soaps ne stocked. These were addressed when I raised them during my stay

Very spacious, clean and the mattress is super comfortable. There was room cleaning service every 3 days.

The kitchen wasn’t fully equipped as advertised. We had to ask for glasses and cutlery. We didn’t cook but a lot of things were missing if you plan to use the kitchen.

It’s clean with good all the facilities, places like super store,Resturant,rent a car are on walking distance. Staff are Pro cooperative and their mind set is to serve the guests. Madam Kalpani is superb helping guests with smiles. Parking available so need to worry about.

Location Space is very big They have billiards , bowling , mini Cinema Staff very nice and friendly And sure if I Back Bahrain I will book again
