This hotel turned out to be a good choice because: 1) although the location is not in the center it has a nice shopping mall beside and it does not take long to reach the center 2) bottles of water were given everyday, free of charge 3) the view from the 25th level with floor to ceiling windows was amazing 4) all the staff was very friendly and helpful 5) the accommodation was huge with a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a balcony that we had to sign to have the door unlocked, a big bedroom 6) the WI-FI was free and good 7) there are many restaurants in the hotel itself and the food is excellent 8) there is a beautiful pool 9) the hotel was clean overall and felt very safe 10) the price was excellent for the quality 11) bus tours picked us up right at the hotel 12) taxis were readily available.

Although we really enjoyed our stay, there are few items to review: 1) the water in the pool was cold; I wanted to exercise but it was really not pleasant. 2) the lounge chairs were only in the full sun; wanting to lie in the shade was impossible. 3) the room was huge and beautiful but some windows were dirty, some of the furniture, doors and floors had scratches 4) in the kitchen there was almost nothing to cook or to serve food. Overall still a good choice!

Great location, close to malls, bars, and restaurants. Lovely and friendly staff, with special mention to club room staff Jessa and Suzette. Good-sized apartment rooms, with a brilliant jacuzzi bath. There are plenty of facilities, eateries and bars.

Duty manager (Daniel Joseph?) was unapologetic and dismissive of a mistake on the hotels behalf in regards to a club room booking. 1. Told me I was wrong 2. Told me our booking was wrong 3. When I showed him my full booking details, he blamed the system and questioned bookings.com 4. Eventually, he said he'd resolve whilst we were out for dinner, although with NO apology, and upon our return, we found he hadn't resolved! The night-time duty manager (Sankey Mestry) resolved the issue later that night in a polite and professional manner.

Clean, Comfortable room. Good Breakfast. Convenient parking. Good Location. Late checkout offer was great at 4PM.

Booked the room with a balcony because I like to have fresh air circulate in the room a little. But the blacony was locked and there was a sign that it can not be open for securiy reasons and to protect children. I didn't have any children and I booked a room with a blacony as advertised. But couldn't use it. THE ROOM SHOULD NOT BE ADVERTISED AS HAVING A BALCONY BECAUSE IT IS NOT ABLE TO BE USED

The hotel was amazing from the rooms and cleaning and clean bathroom also the hotel place is fantastic it is near a mall al nasr and what makes the hotel better is there’s an Indian restaurant and Brazil and the atmosphere was great and the view you get in the restaurant of AlJuffair is beautiful view lastly the staff there were welcoming and I want to thank ms. Nora ,mr ala aldin and ms zahra they were very friendly and I recommend any tourist to come in Wyndham garden hotel. You won’t regret staying in this hotel and I give this hotel 5 star

All staff members I interacted with were professional and courteous. Reception staff were efficient and welcoming, housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and restaurant staff provided attentive service. Poolside attendants and gym staff were approachable and supportive, while the spa staff contributed greatly to a relaxing atmosphere. The variety of facilities, including restaurants, a gym, spa, jacuzzi, and several swimming pools, further enhanced the experience.

First of all Mr. Sankt and mrs. Sonam Naik were the nicest and most helpful stuff I've ever met in a hotel Thank you.. This hotel experience was the most beautiful thing I have ever experience than any other hotel. The room were clean they were spacious and the view to the mosque and towers from the sleeping room was gorgeous. TV is relatively new and they could have I my device to it and the Wi-Fi is fast like I have been watching 1080p all day with no problems. The hotel facilities are a lot there is like four restaurants, spa , swimming pool, jacuzzi and a gym. I think I will come here every time I visit Bahrain and I encourage everyone to try it the experience vs the price is absolutely fair.

The hot water from shower didn't last long it's a minor issue though.

The manager Zahra refused to provide an invoice for my stay, which I have never experienced things like this in any other hotels I have stayed. Feel very disappointed because of this and thanks for leaving me a bad mood on my last day :)

The stuff is really polite and helpful. Especially Ms. Shaimaa at the front desk. Rooms are clean and with a great view. Breakfast worth every BD. Big variety and really friendly and helpful stuff there too. Location: in the heart of Juffair, being able to go everywhere on foot Indoors parking

The noise from the A/C. Mainly the sound of the damper during startup and then the fan noise. Absence of cutlery in a room with a kitchen. Personally, I'd like to be furnished with an Nespresso-type coffee machine

Clean and Big rooms, Bigger than hotels of similar types. Staff are very courteous. They talk to you with a smile. The hotel entrance is at the back. Should have been more better if the entrance was at the front main road. lots of parking in the premises. Very comfortable and lovely stay. Swimming pool , Gym , Sauna and Jacuzzi ( 1 Hot and 1 cold water) was really amazing. Very well maintained hotel. The staff at the front desk were really helpful especially a gentleman name Alaa. Good job and thanks for making our stay wonderful

The valet service was very poor. No one entertained us. Other than that everything was amazing.
