- The bed was comfortable, and the temperature of the room was just right - ideal location, near to a mall and also to Al Fateh Mosque - check-in was quick and hassle-free - the Internet was ok. There were some downtimes but overall it was functioning well

- you can feel the oldness of the property; I think it needs some renovation - the exhaust system is dusty. It spewed out some gunk after some time of being open - towel and blanket felt overused already

i was extremely happy about Mrs.Gab who helped to make easy check and check out. she is very nice girl and talking very infulent in Arabic and english and very respectful. the room seems fine

Filipina staff are polite, very accomodating and friendly. Wifi is great as well as the A/C! Room rate price was so cheap and that would be great!

Tv plug has been cut-off. Of course you cannot use it. Towel, Tea/coffee, mineral water are not provided. I used my own small towel. Telephone is not working but you can communicate with them thru whatsapp. The room is old it needs repainting even the ceiling of bathroom needs to replace it. Management should make total repainting of the building inside and out then maintain the cleanliness..

The cost of hotel room

I went to drink and I back room I eat and sleep but when I wake up to check out the reception show me a pic for me showing that I sleep in the door of my room this never ever ever happened to me I almost drinking all my life and I’m 100% that I back and eat and sleep in my bed that make me uncomfortable and feels unsafe I was drunk and sleep in my bed and room is locked how do I go out and sleep in the door and when I wake up I see my self in bed also so how he got that pic
