The property is in a convenient location and I could walk everywhere. The staff were attentive and friendly.

The room feels old and some minor fittings could be repaired or replaced, the water in the shower was only lukewarm.

Breakfast service should be available... and prices are a bit high in comparison to a hotel..

Breakfast service is missing which is a must in such places.

Last time I review this property, management/ownership took notice and, unless it was by coincidence, the property is going through renovations and, for lack of a better word, policies. I had commented about the pool; the pool is under repairs. I had mentioned about cleanliness; the property has improved its cleanliness. My rented apartment was so much cleaner than the one I got last time; the couches were steam-cleaned. These are only a few improvements from my last stay just last week. Special Note: I am moving in, so keep up the repairs and renovation.

The shower was missing a sliding door, so water splashed out when I showered and it couldn’t be helped. Some of the decor is out of date as this was the first luxury apartment building in Juffair (so I was told). Some pots and pans for cooking and baking would be nice; including dish soap.

Good Personal attention by staff. Request turn around time exceded expectations. This made up for the lack of cleanliness and state of furniture and bathroom cleanliness. This place is luxurious and I’m sure with a bit more attention this Excelsior Luxury Apartments has great potential. Failure to upgrade gym and maintenance to the apartments and pool are could be the downfall of this property, in my opinion.

No apparent room service cleaning staff. I didn’t ask and it wasn’t offered, but bus boys pay attention to detail, and again the response time to request exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this place to single guys visiting Bahrain for a short stay.

The apartment is very clean . Sitting room is wide. The staff are helpful. The parking is available.

Shower towels are not available.
