I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The staff, as always, were excellent—especially the manager and the receptionist, who were both very helpful. A special mention goes to the clerk, who was incredibly supportive and followed up on everything until completion. The facilities were top-notch, and the security measures were reassuringly high. I highly recommend this place to all my friends.

One suggestion I have is to provide small bottles of shampoo instead of shampoo in envelopes. I believe this would enhance the overall experience.

The room was excellent—newly renovated with a fresh, modern design. The color scheme was very appealing and created a relaxing atmosphere. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The bed was comfortable, but it made some noise even if it’s only a small movement, which was a bit distracting. It would be great if this could be addressed for an even more comfortable experience.

It waz a great appartment for families, utensils were provided in kitchen, stove all u need in kitchen , Room was very spacious, and comfortable, Dinning table, sitting area, bed waz comfortable,, iron stand, iron, prayer mat, Staff z really co.operative, Evrn if u r visitor they will co.operate to call sim card person there, and if u want taxi u just ask them they will call within 5 minutes taxi arrived 😍 Our window veiw also amazing

Bathroom waz bit ok, small , No proper soap didnt provide, Atleast they should ve handwash device, no hook or hanger in washroom.

Clean and comfortable. We stayed for 1 more hour after the check out time with no additional charge.

The hotel boy who gave us the towel and slippers told us that they only provide 2 pieces of towels and slippers but I reason out with him that the booking is for 3 guests. We ended up calling the reception to follow up, it took them time but they still gave us whats missing from our request.

The reception was very good and the Filipino receptionist was helpful and friendly The hotel in general is very good and the area is surrounded by services. There is Lulu Mall in the back as well and close to all other services Prices are reasonable Cleanliness is good The furniture is very good

The apartment is furnished very well and reception has been great...I forgot my charge and didn't want to buy one cause was there for short period and they help daily to charge

When i first enter the room it's was stuffy

Everything was clean bed, tv room, parquet, fridge, and specially the toilet everything was good, and recommended from my part and i am going again this week.

i was expected in toilet to have shampoos small bottles and not a small plastic bag like ketchup, no toothbrush, toiletry should work on it

Room facilities were unexpectable for such a price rate. I'd such a great experience. Comfort, comfy, clean along with amazing stuff. feels like home indeed.
