Affordable price per unit with good amenities, location wise. Efficient staff with excellent customer service skills, esp. Khadijah and another guy with her during the check-in. We had some requests & they brought it in immediately. Other staff also were so accommodating to our needs.

Some of their amenities that was mentioned in the online app wasn’t actually available, such as bath tub & bathrobe. Also, the consumables items like shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush etc wasn’t enough for our group, including towels & slippers. Yet, when we requested those missing items, they’ve provided us happily. So, it’s a win-win!

I loved everything. The staff was fantastic and very very friendly. The appartament was a perfect place to stay. Lots of facilities ( swimming pool, sauna, gym) also! The view from my appartament was also very nice. Good private parking as well. Restaurants, huge shopping mall 2 mins walking. I would definitely go back again!

First, it is located strategically in the Juffair area, near the Juffair Mall and Bennigan's Pub. The rooms are spacious and there is ample parking inside and outside the property. The staff is very helpful especially Nasir and Kader; and the check in and check out is a breeze. We were billeted in the 17th floor and it was nice to see the Bahrain skyline and the noise of the traffic was practically non existent. We enjoyed our stay.

A little upgrade on the furniture and the interior design of the property but nevertheless everything seems to be functioning well.

The whole experience at belle tower was wonderful.Friendly staff, good guest area, clean & unique. Have a good stay in the hotel as the staff service is attentive and responsive.The room cleanliness and spacious is worth mentioning.The behaviour of the staff was excellent especially Khadeeja and Faizal Bhai

From the reception till room the staff were super accommodative and polite and friendly. Negative: the snooker table was missing balls and sticks. The pool is not so big and not shallow at one end type. Sauna was not working, it would be great if they can make little hot water mix in pool during winter.

It was two bedroom big hall and nice kitchen with three washroom bathrooms. The rooms were big, and cozy beds and sofa and very clean overall. Intercom in all rooms, and quick response to all telephonic ordres.

The stay was amazing. Staff were very attentive. The entrance to the hotel was the only minus point, but it was due to public works, not on their private property. would recommend it to anyone.

No room service as it was a new property.

It’s a nice apartment hotel. All appliances work, spacious, clean. Manager (Nasir Uddin) is exceptionally helpful: whatever we asked for was immediately fulfilled anytime be it day or night. There is a grocery shop nearby: Combimarket, that sells exceptionally tasty and fresh fruitplates - make sure to try. Nearest beach: Bahrain Bay beach - a few BD Uber drive.

Unfortunately guests smoke inside their rooms and occasionally the smoke smell reaches your room.

The parking lot space needs to be cleaned at all times and for the rooms to be deodorized before check-in it is not good for the non-smokers. The rest was good.

Location within the city and near the grocery. The staff are accommodating.

Hope the spa services will be up and running. Hope that they will fix it.
