The reception and hotel staff delivered exceptional service during our stay. The hotel and dining experience exceeded our expectations with outstanding quality. The room was not only comfortable and clean, but also spacious, providing a relaxing environment for our visit.

On weekends or almost every day, there are DJ parties at the hotel till 3 am in the morning, attracting many people who come with their friends to enjoy drinks and activities. This may not be suitable for families and children, as they may feel uncomfortable seeing individuals dressed inappropriately.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The service was truly outstanding—everything from check-in to housekeeping was handled with professionalism and care. A special thank you to Hiruni, Gayathra, and Snitha for their warm hospitality and excellent service. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, well-managed hotel with great service!

I stayed two nights, well maintained and neat clean room. The hotel has sufficient parking. Also, shopping mall, restaurants are in close proximity, Services are good. Staff is caring. When I checked out, I forgot my new phone charger. I called them about it. The person on phone was nice and professional, he noted down the info and said they will check and get back to me. By the way I was not expecting positively. To my pleasant surprise they called me back within 5 minutes to inform that they found my charger. Next day they handed it over to one of my friends in my request. I had a nice stay and will recommend it.

1. Location and cozy comfortable room with a nice view. 2. Staff are lovely and accommodating. 3. No pre-payment for booking with payment on arrival.

1. No smart TV in 2023. Expected to find Netflix, Shahid and Youtube at least. 2. Buffet breakfast : 1. Ends at 10:30 ( too early) suggest it extends to 11:30. 2. Food is repetitive with no changes and limited variety. 3. Noise pollution from the clubs at the hotel's basement reaching me on the 11th floor. 4. Gym hours need extension. 5. Early check in and late check out policies. 6. Long stay rates need revisiting. 7. May or may not be appropriate for conservative families. Fit more for solo male travellers.

Like all hospitality was very nice all staff very helpful even start with manager Mr Mohammed help a lot and house keeping staff will take care of all of us special thanks to sirafulbhai from cleaner staff

I like the location and that it's beside a mall if we need to buy something. The hotel has different bars for those looking for some entertainment while in Bahrain. The room is spacious and staff are very attentive, helpful, and friendly.

The water temperature of the shower needs to be improved because it's too hot to take a bath, very drying to the skin and not good for hair and scalp. I guess this is not just happening in this hotel but in all of Bahrain given its geographical location.

Always a warm welcome. The taxi pick up was great, very well priced and convenient. My room was upgraded, and the features it came with were more than what I expected. This is my second time staying, and I will continue to use the hotel when I come back to Bahrain in the future.

The shower was running hot only but there was a second shower head from the bath that I used. This didn't cause any problems for me. I know if I had contacted the receptionist it would have been resolved, but I was happy 😊

There is nothing that I did not like. I was surprised and amazed how smoothly everything went. I didn't have any complains thanks to the great service that everyone provided to me at the hotel.

It’s conveniently located at the center of activities. Shops, stores, pharmacy, gasoline stations.. was an ideal place to stay for a first time visitor in Bahrain . Special thanks to all the helpful and generous staff who tirelessly provide us our needs during our stay. Kudos and shout out to the front desk officer/concierge Jobee for being such an outstanding customer service person.. Keep it up 👍 And we do hope to come and stay again soon..

Some facilities were in need of repair and maintenance. Sadly the pool was neglected but nonetheless was nice to swim
