The reception and hotel staff delivered exceptional service during our stay. The hotel and dining experience exceeded our expectations with outstanding quality. The room was not only comfortable and clean, but also spacious, providing a relaxing environment for our visit.

On weekends or almost every day, there are DJ parties at the hotel till 3 am in the morning, attracting many people who come with their friends to enjoy drinks and activities. This may not be suitable for families and children, as they may feel uncomfortable seeing individuals dressed inappropriately.

1. Location and cozy comfortable room with a nice view. 2. Staff are lovely and accommodating. 3. No pre-payment for booking with payment on arrival.

1. No smart TV in 2023. Expected to find Netflix, Shahid and Youtube at least. 2. Buffet breakfast : 1. Ends at 10:30 ( too early) suggest it extends to 11:30. 2. Food is repetitive with no changes and limited variety. 3. Noise pollution from the clubs at the hotel's basement reaching me on the 11th floor. 4. Gym hours need extension. 5. Early check in and late check out policies. 6. Long stay rates need revisiting. 7. May or may not be appropriate for conservative families. Fit more for solo male travellers.

I stayed two nights, well maintained and neat clean room. The hotel has sufficient parking. Also, shopping mall, restaurants are in close proximity, Services are good. Staff is caring. When I checked out, I forgot my new phone charger. I called them about it. The person on phone was nice and professional, he noted down the info and said they will check and get back to me. By the way I was not expecting positively. To my pleasant surprise they called me back within 5 minutes to inform that they found my charger. Next day they handed it over to one of my friends in my request. I had a nice stay and will recommend it.

The location and the worm welcoming and prof. work done by the front office lady called jobee usually the staff was my concern on this hotel but she change that stero type

the bill boys still struggling for tips in an offending way!! the breakfast is still not improved with limited choice

Always a warm welcome. The taxi pick up was great, very well priced and convenient. My room was upgraded, and the features it came with were more than what I expected. This is my second time staying, and I will continue to use the hotel when I come back to Bahrain in the future.

The shower was running hot only but there was a second shower head from the bath that I used. This didn't cause any problems for me. I know if I had contacted the receptionist it would have been resolved, but I was happy 😊

I like the location and that it's beside a mall if we need to buy something. The hotel has different bars for those looking for some entertainment while in Bahrain. The room is spacious and staff are very attentive, helpful, and friendly.

The water temperature of the shower needs to be improved because it's too hot to take a bath, very drying to the skin and not good for hair and scalp. I guess this is not just happening in this hotel but in all of Bahrain given its geographical location.

Like all hospitality was very nice all staff very helpful even start with manager Mr Mohammed help a lot and house keeping staff will take care of all of us special thanks to sirafulbhai from cleaner staff

As before I mention it’s a best location and great ambiance for stay will family also they take care a lot..

It’s conveniently located at the center of activities. Shops, stores, pharmacy, gasoline stations.. was an ideal place to stay for a first time visitor in Bahrain . Special thanks to all the helpful and generous staff who tirelessly provide us our needs during our stay. Kudos and shout out to the front desk officer/concierge Jobee for being such an outstanding customer service person.. Keep it up 👍 And we do hope to come and stay again soon..

Some facilities were in need of repair and maintenance. Sadly the pool was neglected but nonetheless was nice to swim

We had a wonderful stay at the Arman Hotel. The location is perfectly fabulous for ease of getting to any places, near from the shopping malls, restaurants and bars. I want to say a special thank you to all the receptionists who helped us so much especially THAMEEM. He so Excellent at his job. He knows how to satisfy the needs of their guest. He's welcoming, since we arrived, we had an ease on our check-in and he responsed swiftly for our queries. We booked the standard bedroom and extra bed for my mom who's injured. Im so grateful to him for his kindness and consideration as he suggest that we will not fit on that room especially with my moms condition. Thus, he gave us an upgrade to an executive one bedroom suite. We were pleasantly surprised because the room is so spacious, on high floors with a magnificient view especially there is two bathrooms, big bedroom and living room and kitchen and we are satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel. The members of staff were always extremely helpful and understanding to our needs. This is the only hotel we've stay that has an exceptional service from everyone. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and juices. We would certainly stay on this hotel again for our future endeavors in Bahrain. We will recommend the hotel to everyone as it made my four days vacation with my family extra special. Thank you so much for an unforgettable trip and stay.

They have a big parking space because it was shared from the mall but it is more convenient if there is direct or separate entrance from the hotel and mall so it will not be crowded in the hotel entrance.

I don't like one of the one of the staff when I order my dinner and pay by cash because I don't have cash he was asking for tip
