Located in the heart of city , the hotel offers easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The surroundings were peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. I stayed here from 08th Aug 2025, and every day was comfortable and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The amenities provided—such as the breakfast buffet, room service, and Wi-Fi—were excellent and added great value to the stay. The ambiance of the hotel was warm and welcoming. A special mention goes to the front desk Habiba and housekeeping Abdulla and Kamran, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their hospitality truly made a difference. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is a fantastic choice.

Wide spacious room and comfortable beds. All toiletries were provided. Parking is available and almost all the facilities are available. The services for the reception counter and staff were very efficient. Special thanks to housekeeping staff, including Cathy, Jamil, Rosnhi, and the team, for very good services.

There was noise from the club at midnight. However, the room was changed to the lower floor, and it was much better afterwards. Suggest installing hooks for clothes in the toilet. Lifts maintenance is required as button, light, and card scan is sometimes not working

The hotel offered various facilities, like their entertainment area that had arcade games and whatnot. The restaurants were also nice and the shisha cafe was a pleasant atmosphere. All in all, it was a nice stay. The hotel staff were great, especially Roslina, a cleaning lady whom I chatted to. She had a great character, and was a very down to earth person. She did her job exceedingly well, and was very fast in tidying up the room. She was very experienced, and had great efficiency while still making the room look better than ever. Mansoor Nowel, another employee, was very proficient. Like Rosalina, he did his job with great efficiency, and he had a lot of great and positive energy towards me. Any hotel should be glad to have these two as employees.

No pool during the time I visited, it was a slight inconvenience. I was a little upset the breakfast buffet was only open on weekends.

There was a bath!! Although we didn’t actually use it, it was an unexpected treat! In situ restaurant provided a sumptuous breakfast (extra cost). The bellboy who showed us to our room also provided us with extra information to make our stay enjoyable. Cathy, who serviced our room was delightful, and she and her team did an excellent job.

The night club next door (part of the hotel, I think) was open until 3:00 am, and the throbbing beat was felt until about 2:30 am. My husband didn’t notice, but it did disturb my sleep a little.

The hotel has a good welcome, the staff is very polite and helpful. Very nice with a large lobby and the view from my room was a bit mediocre. The elevator needs you to put your room key in the display to take you to your room floor. I really liked it, when I went out in the morning the view I had from my sixth floor up to the lobby, it looked like a miniature of a large Mall and a lot of natural light came in from the ceiling. The room is very large and beautiful. The huge bed, the dark and slightly dated furniture but overall I really liked it. I arrived in Bahrain in the middle of Ramadan and the atmosphere was very calm and very beautiful for me. The location of the hotel is in Juffair, very close (about 5 minutes walk) to the small Lulu mall where you can find everything you need and changing money there has a better rate than changing money at the airport. 2 minutes away, right outside the reception there is a good Lebanese restaurant and other fast food outlets. You find food everywhere but don't expect to eat anything traditional there because Juffair is a tourist area and you find food (although good) for tourists. An 8/10 minute walk away is the Oasis Mall, much larger than Lulù where you can find excellent abayas. Nearby you will find the "Al Jazeera" supermarket where you can find local food, I bought wholemeal Lebanese bread, excellent olives, labneh and zaatar, makdous, salad and fruit for my sohoor in the morning at 3 (of course you have to eat in your room 'hotel). A 15 minute walk away is the Grand Mosque Al-Fateh and in the evening it is so well lit it is beautiful.

Only the bathroom sink which didn't drain perfectly.

Just had a lovely stay at the Panorama hotel and spa where every expectation was exceeded. The hotel itself was beautiful and in a great location central to everything. The room was spacious and everything from air con. to fridge and kettle and shower worked perfectly. And the icing on the cake were the staff namely Thea,Royna and Huthaifa who worked the reception and who were very helpful,respectful, and friendly in fact all the staff were.and their English was so good. All in all a fantastic stay for a good price and good location. Must mention my taxi driver to the airport and back,Abdullah,who was such a nice and friendly man. Thank you Panorama for making my stay in Bahrain a good one.! Kensi

there was nothing to dislike.

We enjoyed staying here. There is a restaurant boulevard just a short walking distance from the hotel for good food options. The room we stayed in was very spacious and came with 2 bathrooms. Not much of a good city view, but definitely value for money. The hotel has various clubs and restaurants to try out, which on some mornings one could hear the sound from the 6am club, but it's not a reason to not stay there. They also had a concierge service since our flight was late in the night, which we appreciated. We would book this hotel again.

Front desk has the most professional reception and guests relations in Thea. She really works hard to solve any issues, is super polite, and listens really well. There are massive rooms and so you can easily ask for another bed but there wasn't a sofa bed in the Deluxe as advertised, so they provided one thanks to Thea, recognising this error and giving it a free of charge. Jaccuzzi in the Delux works well.

The biggest letdown is the lack of Gym in such a big space and a Closed swimming pool. They need to drop the spa massage and focus on gym and pool. The feeling of some parts of the hotel and the rooms are dated and I don't know what the owner is doing! He has great staff and wonderful space and location. It just needs updating and modernising a bit especially as Juffair Plaza is so close. The Lounge Joker wasn't frequented by me but if you're going to have such a place then bring it up to date and out of the eighties for goodness sake.
