Staff was very kind, it was comfortable and relatively clean. Hair dryers, clothes irons etc were available. Free instant coffee and water bottles were provided and refreshed daily. Rooms were very spacious.

Some furniture is showing signs of decay and some towels were stained (by blood?). I understand that these things can happen, but I'm not sure the towels should be reused if they are stained. Microwaves are present but they were broken (in both apartments we had). Also there is no plates or utensils in either of the apartments.

nothing at all,,, I would suggest using the room card key to use the lift to make sure no strangers are able to use it unless they guests

Very good breakfast. Nice place to eat it and the personal very helpful. The space in the bedrooms and dining room is excellent with a good kitchen. Very good view from the room. The restaurant in the 35 floor is very pleasant also with a very nice view.

Some maintenance in the rooms is missing. We prefer a laminate or ceramic floor to the carpet since it tends to look dirty or smell bad over time, even though it is cleaned, especially if there are guests who smoke. We suggest to paint the walls. But overall was a very nice room.

The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Good location in the center of Juffair. Everything is basically in walking distance. Stayed here many times over the last years and will come again.

During peak times one has to expect longer waiting for the elevators as there are only two for a 36 floor building. Some wear and tear in the rooms is visible and a bit of renovation here and there would be in order.

the spacious room and cleanliness, overall it was a good stay, I usually stay here whenever I come to Bahrain as its a family hotel !

The breakfast could have been much more better, I have stayed previously and the breakfast use to be good we use get free cappucino or latte but this time it was just black coffee. The pool is good but there should be internet and music speakers with some good lights

Perfect for the family, I like the views and it is very quite place without smoking smell and perfect location, I always visit this place on my visits to Bahrein, hotel must consider to provide special offers for good customers.

Although hotel have a parking it is not always easy to park on it, then some customers prefer to park in front of the building, the place is not always clean, too much trash and no preference for hotel guess.

Rooms are large and overwhelmingly spacious, there was a dedicated parking space with easy access to the hotel. Rooms were quite. Staff were courteous and friendly.

Toilet had black colored stains due to its aging which was bit disgusting. The carpet and furniture had stains due to aging. Aging was clearly visible.

What a great place. The room was so clean and comfortable as well as the living room. Location is very closed to all the attraction places. The elevators smelled nice. They have a good barbershop, Prayer room and coffee shop. In addition, they have toys section for the children. Staff very very kind and friendly. They were smiling all the time. Parking available. Perfect WiFi👏🏻. Fully recommended for Families.
