The staff are very accommodating from check-in to check-out. They're approachable and friendly. Kudos to Mr. Hussein and Mr. Ali; they're both amazing members of staff. We arrived early at the hotel, at 11 a.m. to be exact, but they allowed us to check in early. Although I had given notice that we would arrive early (around noon), we didn't expect to be able to check in even earlier than that.

While the current breakfast menu tasted good, a touch of Filipino or English food would be an excellent addition. The ambience in the pool area feels a little dated; a design revamp would be amazing.

People, but like literally everyone, are kind and helpful! Rooms are like on photos, nice, clean and comfortable. Comparing to average European 4 star hotels this was MUCH BETTER. And also cheaper than most of european even 3 star hotels. You will not regret to stay there. I dont understand why someone would give less than 10 rating for this place. Obviously this is not a luxury resort, but its price also not luxurious. When you rate this hotel, always keep in mind how much you have paid, and what you got in exchange. For small money, you get OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND COMFORT what is very rare on my opinion!

There is nothing to dislike.

Hotel in a very good location, Manama is such a walkable city, so it was easy to explore on my own. Also I got the check-in earlier than expected, which was vey comfortable and made my stay easier. Good choice of various dishes for breakfast.

I tried to use the restaurant, but the quality of food was average and lot of the dishes from menu were not available, which made a choice very limited.

Very spoacious and beautiful apartment, with all amenities. WiFi was strong, housekeeping was good and I got a room with a beautiful view. The staff were also really nice and helpful. The hotel is in the hotspot of the nightlife, within a walking distance to many clubs, restaurants and cafe. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Expect a bit of noise and loud music from the lounge downstairs. Room service took really long with my orders and the hotel being situated in the hostpsot of the nightlife also means traffic and big crowds in the area.

Everything is fine, staff are all friendly and hospitable, the property was very good for the price

I guess the only thing I can say is to renovate and maintain the rooms cos maybe it's old so some needs renovation but i general it was clean

* Very pleasant reception and welcoming staff. * Rooms are clean and well maintained. * Comfy bed and sofa. * Great food quality. * Fast room-service response. * Plenty of parking spaces. * Check-in & check-out was smooooth! * The manager himself ensured satisfaction.

* The TV is not a SmartTV and has basic channels with very low quality. * You need to switch between multiple elevators to get from the garage to the room. But that didn''t really affect the overall quality of my stay. I still enjoyed the experience.

The location, the staff, the facilities! Everything was perfect! I’m a frequent visitor in this hotel I started booking this hotel since the first day they have opened around 8 years ago in 2016

The only real issue is that this place has a parking structure but it’s too tight and doesn’t fit many cars. They do have a parking lot space outside, but sometimes people just block the entrance and you can’t enter to park and it’s not really a flat land so the car must a be a jeep or something high so it wouldn’t get stuck

The male receptionist is very approachable and helpful, room is clean and comfortable , thank you for your hospitality

I tried to order from the room,biryani is great but their club sandwich couldn’t find the chicken same as the photo, however they tried to change it and staffs care about their guest’s request and concerns, on the other hand the room is great but there is no enough tissue and coffee amenities in the room and stil need to requests, staffs were able to send all the requests.

Very spacious fancy room, clean, and good quality furnitures.

Just before coming I booked this room and used the online conversation service but I was told that I was not able to check in between 3 AM and 4 AM but only between 2 and 4 PM, which was not the case after discussing in-person with a guy from the reception actually. In consequence, I paid for a night I was not in the room and I waste money...

Room size, Hotel Location , Hotel staff and amenities. Totally worth every penny we spent. I usually prefer to stay in this hotel only.

Tough to make any comment here all I can say here is they can improve on breakfast experience. Again this is based on my past experience currently i am not sure though.
