The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Juffair, making almost everything easily accessible. I have visited this hotel every time I have been in Bahrain for work or leisure over the past three years. It offers excellent value for money, thanks to its prime location, delicious food, and various facilities. The rooms are simple, clean, and perfect for 1-2 nights or a short vacation. The air conditioning works well, and the bathroom is clean, though the fittings look old. The bed is comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. I have ordered food from the Indian restaurant multiple times, and it has always been very tasty. The staff is exceptionally friendly and has consistently made me feel special during my visits. I would particularly like to thank Ravi and Ann at the front desk; they are highly professional and go out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. Keep up the good work Ravi. Overall, this is a friendly, staff-oriented hotel that offers excellent value for money right in the heart of Juffair. Thank you! 😊

Loud noise from the various clubs Better to take rooms above the 8th floor

I have stayed at Crystal Palace twice, and both visits have been nothing short of amazing. The hotel offers excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. A special mention goes to Mr. Abdul Razzak, who truly made my stays memorable. His professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor stood out. He goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel at home, and his dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable. One day we had bad experience with breakfast, It wasn't available when we reached there. Later they made it available. But Supervision could have improved.

Housekeeping should have done every day.

The hotel is everything one can ask for perfect location amazing service right from get go.The staff was very professional and very sweet. I loved my stay here and I wish I never had to leave😂. Definitely staying here the next time I visit Bahrain. Perfect example of economical and excellent service.

The room was not cleaned at all during our stay. For a family with kids, this was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the lifts were busy throughout the night due to guests heading to the bars and nightclub.

Hotel was too good and the reception staff are also good nd helpful except the room service and housekeeping service is the worst I have ever seen in hotels ....the room lights are not sufficient it's dark...once I asked for water for 3 times but still nobody came ... everything u ask for wheather water or towel or shampoo it's very late and the room service is very lazy

Hotel starts is really so suprting during my stay Front office staff are good Kaotar Ann Razak and masjid Highly recommend for stay and if you need anything than you can infrom front office they will take care you like you are everything for them and Way of handling requests so kind and good Thank you so much 😊

The staff was very friendly and easy access to all areas

The pool opens at 7 am and closes at 7 pm but due to the weather the pool and surrounding areas are very hot. They should open the pool at least till 9 or 10Pm

Perfect choice, everything was clean, with good public access to the city center. Very spacious rooms and attentive staff especially Ms. MARIA from the front desk she's so amazing! I'm really thankful for her. She's  very friendly and really gave us a warm welcome. Both check-in and check-out she professionally handled it and easy. All our needs and request are accommodated. She consistantly making sure that we are comfortable on our stay. Thats why we decided to extend our stay because we really have a wonderful experience. The Bar and restaurant are extremely amazing. We've really enjoy our our vacation time and get  relaxed because they offer Spa as well. Would definitely stay there again when we come back and will recommend to my colleagues!
