The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Juffair, making almost everything easily accessible. I have visited this hotel every time I have been in Bahrain for work or leisure over the past three years. It offers excellent value for money, thanks to its prime location, delicious food, and various facilities. The rooms are simple, clean, and perfect for 1-2 nights or a short vacation. The air conditioning works well, and the bathroom is clean, though the fittings look old. The bed is comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. I have ordered food from the Indian restaurant multiple times, and it has always been very tasty. The staff is exceptionally friendly and has consistently made me feel special during my visits. I would particularly like to thank Ravi and Ann at the front desk; they are highly professional and go out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. Keep up the good work Ravi. Overall, this is a friendly, staff-oriented hotel that offers excellent value for money right in the heart of Juffair. Thank you! 😊

Loud noise from the various clubs Better to take rooms above the 8th floor

I have stayed at Crystal Palace twice, and both visits have been nothing short of amazing. The hotel offers excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. A special mention goes to Mr. Abdul Razzak, who truly made my stays memorable. His professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor stood out. He goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel at home, and his dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable. I highly recommend Crystal Palace for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The staff here are always very friendly. The rooms have fantastic air con - much better than some of the other places we have stayed in Bahrain that were a similar price. The rooms are big and the beds are comfy. There are a few different bars and the one we went in we had the place to ourselves so we could play pool and the bar staff even changed the music to suit us.

The car park is a little bit tricky to get in and out of but it's not a big deal because there's a parking area opposite that's convenient.

One day we had bad experience with breakfast, It wasn't available when we reached there. Later they made it available. But Supervision could have improved.

Housekeeping should have done every day.

They were all fantastic, the staff, their care for customers, the cleaning, the receptionists were very polite and the staff. The breakfast was very good. The waiters were very polite, the service of the employees was perfect, the manager was very polite. Thank you for everything. You were very perfect. All the employees.

The reception staff , kaoutar, & Ayush were very helpful , and the room was very satisfactory. The food was great and if you needed to see the lights of Juffair its only a walking distance away. The staff were very accommodating when we requested a late check out. All in all it was a delightful stay.

The room was not cleaned at all during our stay. For a family with kids, this was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the lifts were busy throughout the night due to guests heading to the bars and nightclub.

The hotel is everything one can ask for perfect location amazing service right from get go.The staff was very professional and very sweet. I loved my stay here and I wish I never had to leave😂. Definitely staying here the next time I visit Bahrain. Perfect example of economical and excellent service.

When I arrived at the hotel, it was easy to deal with and professional. I would like to mention the employee Kawthar, who was very elegant, as well as Anna, Hassan, and the entire staff. I will book with them on my next trip.
