Best location for the single travelers. The rooms are clean and well equipped.

Avoid floor 9 due to high noise. The reception will book you on 9th floor as generally. There is none stop noise due to bars located on 8th floor.

I had the most WONDERFUL experience staying at Arch Hotel! ✨ From the moment I stepped in, I was truly impressed by the quality, hospitality, and attention to detail. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in ,everything from the finishing touches, the elegant design, the high level of security, and the professional reception team was just top-notch! 🏨⭐ Every corner of the hotel feels carefully thought out and beautifully executed. It gave me a real sense of comfort and luxury. Bravo to the designers and management! A special shoutout to the security team your kindness and respectful manners really stood out! And the reception staff were absolutely amazing welcoming, helpful, and so professional! 👏❤️

only small downside was the crowded area around the hotel traffic can be a bit much at times, and there was some noise from the club/bar downstairs that reached my room. It honestly didn’t bother me much, but I could imagine it might affect lighter sleepers. Other than that, I was simply amazed. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be coming back! ✨🖤

The manager was amazing and house keeping staff were so friendly. The location was very good. Breakfast was nice with quite a few options to choose from. The bed was so comfortable and black out curtains kept the room cosy at night. size of the room was good also. Although I didn’t get to use the pool, the area looked nice and well kept.

The front of house overview staff were so unhelpful. Which caused my stay not to start well. That being said the manager came to the rescue and rectified everything!

The hotel is excellent, conveniently located in the city center in one of the developed areas, within walking distance of good shopping centers, excellent parking. The hotel itself is visited by Saudis for the purpose of a noisy holiday in nightclubs; as a rule, for this reason they are in a good mood. Sometimes you can hear great concerts from the street, which is interesting, but you can’t call it a quiet place, that is, it’s not for everyone, choose for yourself. This is certainly not a beach hotel and the pedestrian areas are not very developed. Personally, I really liked the hotel, the quality of services and convenience. I would especially like to mention the staff, namely attendant name-Aas Bhadur and manager Amit Kumar. They are the best hotel workers in my life, professional in their field.

The hotel is generally clean and well maintained, but can sometimes be let down by the state of the toilets, which some people evidently have no respect for. The staff are ALL very friendly.

It can be noisy at night due to the clubs within the hotel and inconsiderate drivers externally - horns blaring and loud motorbikes.

I like that the security is most helpful with any questions or problems of the hotel or the establishments inside such as Beats and the Social Monkey, also accommodating my requests at last minute the staff is super helpful, sometimes you can still hear music going on from certain rooms but it's not too overwhelming, the staff and security of the entire place is super helpful!

The location of the hotel was good. The room itself was clean and room service was on point.

The TV had one English channel, which was quite disappointing. Surely you could also have a smart TV where I can loggin to my Netflix or something for when I wish to relax in my room and take it easy. The music was quite loud from the club also...perhaps its something that can be mitigated somehow, not sure how.

ordered water from reception many times and waited a long time and it wasn’t delivered ever. next morning i called and asked again for water then they told me i will be charged cause they delivered water yesterday twice?! After all at the check out they did not charge me anything which is good, but it was annoying when they ignored me first then second time told me i will be charged, was not very professional also i did not like that there is not hair dryer installed in the rooms, although they immediately delivered it to my room when ordered. but never been to a hotel that doesn’t have a hair dryer installed in the bathroom.
