This hotel offers the best value in the area, with spacious rooms available in all categories. Check-in was smooth, the staff were helpful, and the shaded parking was a great bonus. I believe this is my third visit to this hotel, which says something, and I would stay here again.

The towels looked worn out, the furniture felt dated and in need of renovation, and the windows were so dirty that opening the curtains was pointless. The curtains themselves were difficult to operate and felt cramped.

This was my second visit, and I must say, the staff are exceptionally nice and very helpful. Special thanks to Rupeng and the security staff at the reception (unfortunately, I forgot his name, but he was from Cameroon). Honestly, all the staff are amazing and provide excellent service. The hotel offers good value for its price. I also appreciated that they provided a generous amount of towels and complimentary water whenever requested.

Initially, we were placed on the 5th floor, where the noise from the nightclub disturbed our sleep. However, the staff kindly moved us to a higher floor once a room became available. The standard number of towels provided is limited, which should match the number of occupants by default. Although they do provide additional towels upon request, this could be more convenient if addressed proactively. The extra bed is charged separately, which I feel should be included in the booking when the number of occupants is mentioned. Only one cot is offered for free. Other hotels often provide a mattress for older children, which would have been appreciated here.

Excellent Stay at Elite Crystal Hotel I had a very good experience at Elite Crystal Hotel. When I checked in, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade from a Deluxe room to a Suite. The reception staff and hotel security were extremely polite and helpful. Whenever I needed something, they provided it immediately without any delay. The hotel was very clean, and the overall service was excellent. I truly appreciate their hospitality and highly recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. While not a new property, it was very well maintained. The experienced staff plus attentive upkeep of the facilities made for a comfortable and pleasant visit overall. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I didn't really like about the royal suite was that it had only one small bathroom, which seemed illogical for that size of a room. The bathtub drain was also a bit slow and the toilet flush leaked slightly, but it didn't detract much from the overall enjoyable stay.

The room was very spacious. The location is perfect, in Juffair. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. We arrived late but the staff were expecting us since we had informed them.

We asked for an extra glass but the staff brought us plastic cups and when I told him that we needed a glass, he actually told us that we had to adjust with a plastic one and that one room could have only 1 glass even though we were 2 occupants?? I informed reception and even they didn't do anything about it. The WiFi doesn't have a password, therefore may not be secure.

Pretty much as expected. Midrange hotel with everything you need. Nice and clean with big rooms. Nice bar and nice pool. Reasonably good location.

Small print hiding the fact that every Friday from about noon to late, the pool hosts a private party with DJ for which everyone, including guests, have to pay extra (20BD I think, though is does include brunch if I’m not mistaken). Slight old smoke smell in the non-smoking rooms, as with many Middle Eastern hotels.

Professional and welcoming staff set the tone for a great stay at Elite Crystal Hotel. Abdevka and Nuzam(i probably misspelt the names) were very accommodating to an request may and provides prompt assistance. Hotel is in a very prime location and provides easy access to food ana night life. Certainly coming back.

Good location, pleasant staff, night club below - very convenient. Good parking. Efficient room service. Room and bathroom were decent.

Cappuccino machine not working. They must be able to serve espresso coffee. Swimming pool too small, they need another one for lap swimming, or a bigger, existing pool. Filtration system seems to be inadequate, the water was milky. Not enough space around the pool, the tables are too close to the water. The big screen nearby should be removed to allow for expansion of the pool.

The location was good, walkable distance for restaurants and other needed places. There is enough parking within the building. The gym was good and clean with fresh towels. The staff were nice and helpful.

The AC in the room, there was a thermostat to control the temperature but even after changing the temperature it remains the same and keeps cooling. I had turn the AC off and on everytime. The bedsheet and pillow covers could be changed to new ones. They look brownish even after replacing them with the freshly washed ones. The most important is the noise from the club can disturb your sleep, I was at 5th floor and could feel the noise until late night around 2:30 Am.
