Like always, the staff are helpful, super friendly, and always smiling at customers. Talking about staff, special thanks to Asanka who found my friend's glasses and kept them safe until we were back the following week. Thanks a lot Asanka! Mohammed at the reception is always helpful even late at night ( and everyone at the reception). The security guys are quick and always smiling. When the parking is full, they take your car keys, and make sure your car is safely parked when a spot becomes available. Saiful made sure our breakfast is exactly how we want it. The hotel is great, but the staff made our stay even more perfect.

The hair dryer was not properly working.

Food quality offered needs to be improved, Quantity & variety was very good, but restaurant should focus on food quality rather than quantity/variety. We ordered burgers twice as they were exceptionally good. Hotel location is central providing easy access across and Parking is abundantly available. Rooms are good, but due to being old have a certain smell and that could be due to excess humidity as well.

The A/c's cool well however, the A/c controls are not effective. The Towels were clean but had black marks on them due to being old. The water clogged in the handwash sink, however, the housekeeping & engineering teams were quick enough to fix it

- The room has an iron and ironing board – no need to ask or look for a laundry service. - The hairdryer works well and doesn’t overheat, unlike in many other hotels. - The room is well-organized. - The breakfast is varied and delicious. - The hotel has a swimming pool. - The staff do their best to help and respond to any request. - Great location, with many places to eat and visit nearby.

- Poor sound insulation – you can hear almost everything from the neighboring rooms, which can be difficult for light sleepers. - Some towels have old, stubborn stains.

I initially booked the hotel for two nights, but it turned out to be so cozy that I extended my stay twice. The staff was incredibly accommodating—they checked me in 3 hours early and allowed me to check out 3 hours later without any extra charges. From the reception to housekeeping and the restaurant, the hotel staff was exceptionally polite and responded instantly to any request. The breakfast was varied, though it remained mostly the same over the four days, with some minor changes. However, it was diverse enough not to become boring.

I stayed in a non-smoking room, which was actually part of an entire floor of non-smoking rooms—a great feature. However, one evening, I suddenly noticed the smell of cigarette smoke coming from the hallway. It seems that one of the guests had violated the rules. Fortunately, the reception handled the issue fairly quickly (I’m not sure what they did, but within a couple of hours, the smell was gone). In any case, this didn’t spoil my stay at all.

I prefer to stay as more or less all the staff that I get in contact are always ready to serve with a smiling face. Thanks Mr. Hamdy for upgrading my room and asking about anything else I required. Impressed! Here I would like to appreciate the breakfast staff. They know what exactly I eat each morning and serve it without asking unless asked for something different. Both Nepali waiters are excellent. I met the GM Ms.J , sorry I misplaced her name card, was so kind to sit with me while having my breakfast and I gave her my feedback on room service menu and la cart'e. All the front office staff are professionally trained and are always there to go extra mile to assist with a smiling face. I would highly recommend this place as I have stayed multiple times and found the same service if not more. Keep it up ! Regards Muhammad Ali Pasha

The fact that this hotel was in a good location is the first add on to the whole experience. In addition to this, the night supervisor Mr. Mohammad was a exceptionally pleasant to check us in at 4:30am as we were delayed by over 5hours due to the holiday traffic and he even made sure we were served some refreshments at that odd hour. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was delicious and great value for money. Overall, Ramada made sure we had a pleasant time during our stay.

It was sad to note that the swimming pool was under maintenance for the season.

The staff are amazing like always. Special thanks to Mohammed at the reception who is always smiling and willing to help no matter how late at night it is. Your presence makes the stay 10 times better. Also, special thanks to Asanka from House keeping who did an amazing job through out our stay. He made sure everything was clean and organized at all times. Not forgetting Chibet and Saiful of course who did everything to make us feel welcome :)

Excellent location and easy to find. The staff in the restaurant during the breakfast had excellent services

There were no towels in the bathroom and when we requested for towels at first no one came and the second request the staff even wants to go inside the bath room to check while my wife was using the bath room. I think the staff either had thrust issues or someone didn’t do their job well in the first place or may be both. Even the towel floor is not available.

The main highlight of the stay was the buffet breakfast! The location is ideal, close to many reachable areas. The room service and housekeeping staff are very helpful.

The hotel is quite old, and the bathtub appears discolored from years of use. The washbasin drain was clogging, but it was temporarily fixed during our stay. The room heater was not working, but we were provided with a portable heater, which served the purpose.

80s style of the hotel is nostalgia inducing, and we liked that. swimming pool was good, staff at the breakfast restaurant and the place was nice. The hotel ticks all important boxes. Parking was available, even when we came back late at night

Some materials furntiture pieces are rundown, need refurbishment or replacement. The retro style may not be to everyones taste, but we liked it. Wifi was a little weak.Staff do there job well, though being a little friendlier and welcoming would be a plus.
