Great and very spacious facilities. We had a two bedroom apartment for a family of five, along with attached bathrooms. The staff at the front desk (Amer and Jalal) was very helpful and kind. Housekeeping met all our requests. There is an iron and iron table, along with satellite TV. Due to special circumstances and family emergency, the front desk extended my check-out time from 12 pm to 2 pm.

It would be good to have utensils, crockery, pots, and frying pan in the kitchen if one has to stay for a longer period.

The Appartment has a large lounge area with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen that included an oven, microwave and a refrigerator, however there was a shortage of plates and cutlery The staff on the reception area are friendly and knowledgeable Its In a good location as just to the south of Manama city centre and is accessible as there is a bus stop just a few minutes walk away also free car parking is available at the front of the property also quite a few restaurants, bars and shops within a 10 minute walk

Ist's a very clean appartement hotel with a lot of space and good AC. Wonderful staff. Special thanks for Jalal who welcomed me after a long flight. The current rating of this place is lower than it should be because of several nonsensical "1" ratings done maybe by competitors or smth. like that. Reliable airport shuttle service.

It is neat, clean , spacious rooms and the area is quite Nice place for families . Near to all attractive places There is a nearby grocery. Parkings available And finally I like the staff, all were helpful and cooperative

I requested a crib , not provided despite hotel approval for my request in before check in. But the rooms beds were adequate so I did not ask for it again.

Location, room size and facilities

There is no room service. If booked for more than one night, they will not even clean the room or provide any facility. Even need 12 hours to remove the garbage

The apartment and its rooms were very spacious and comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and polite.

It would be great if little things like keeping hangers for clothes in the cupboards. When we arrived there were no slippers. But when we requested some they provided them. The kitchen also didn't have pots or utensils, when we requested they provided them.

Neat & clean

SMOKING ! I was staying in 502 but next room guest were SMOKING over night and I didn’t sleep due to SMOKE coming through the AC. This is one I felt very bad and loses my sleeping

The apartment was very clean and very big. The staff were very friendly.

The fridge was very old and kitchen hood as well, The window of the master bedroom was not closing so we had issue with the street noise at night.

Room that was given to me was huge!!!

Not enough outlets.

Super spacious room, great bathroom and friendly stuff. Bed was super comfortable, best bed!! I loved my stay in general!

There is no sockets to charge your phone. Windows are super dirty from inside. Location isnt that great. Building is dusty and looks abandoned from some angles.
