The room booked was noisy, and the AC was not working... Also the ring bell of the room was working by herself lol. So they changed my room. Cool

My stay in the hotel was perfect and I was totally satisfied. The building is a little bit old and also the room are old style furnished but they offer all the guests need... enough space, confortable bed, cleaning, towels, soap, hairdryer, hot water, tv, wifi and a kit with water, tea and coffee refilled every day. The staff is super nice, all of them were friendly, kind, sociable, helpful.. Karan provided me the power outlet adaptor and Ruqaya printed my boarding pass. The reception works 24h, always available and is possible to pay by card. The location is good, in the city center, very close to the souq, 30 minutes by walk from the bus terminal but there are many bus stops all around the hotel and also the bus stop to go to the airport. In my case, the breakfast was included, it was delicious, plenty and cooked at the moment. What could I ask more?? I highly recommend this place, thank you guys!

Remember to ask for making clean the room if you want (in this case they refilled tea, coffee and water too).

First, I really appreciate all the staff, they were all very helpful and always ready to help with a smile. The room is also spacious and very comfortable. I like it that the hotel location is near to the bus stop and very accessible to most of the tourist area. It is safe also and lots of restaurant nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

I just hope that they have different breakfast every day because I have 2 days breakfast with the same menu.

The staff were really awesome they are always ready to help with a smile. The hotel location is perfect, its near to most of the tourist areas. The bus stop is just 1 minute away from the hotel. The bed is so comfortable. I would definitely come back and stay here and recommend it with my friends.

Imperial Suites Hotel is one of the best family hotels in Manama; it is located in the gudaibiya area, with majorly Indians living there. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area, and the gudaibiya bus stop is just down from the hotel, so if you are coming by A1 Airport bus, it is very easy to reach here. We took a bus from the hotel to Airport for just 300 fills per person. The hotel is completely renovated, with new furniture, lighting, and excellent clean washrooms. The room is very spacious. The staff was very polite and helpful. Especially Omar at reception was very helpful and also changed/upgraded our room when there was an issue with AC in our room. The food at the hotel was excellent; we had our breakfast included, and it was very tasty and in huge quantity. It is recommended for families coming to Bahrain.

We didn't have a good experience with the Morning Shift lady at Reception. We extended our stay till the evening on the last day and agreed to pay half day amount discussed with Omar one night before. Still, the next day she called at 8:30 am to disturb our sleep and said the payment for half day would be much higher and blamed her colleague for quoting us less amount and above that, she asked for immediate payment in the morning at 8:30 am itself when checkout was at 12 pm. Maybe she is very new and needs much much training to deal with customers and not harass them in the morning.

Wow from onset the warmth reception from the receptionist, the hotel security personnel, and the hotel housekeeper were super excellent. I loved the ambience, the decor and marvelous treat from the staffs and the premises. We'll be back again

- Location is very good with ease of access to the main places in the city; - Housekeeping; - value against the service; - Staff were very cooperative and helpful. - The room was spacious; - the facilities and room are clean

- Car Parking: the care parking slots are not enough for all guests. However, the hotel assigned dedicated guy to assist the guests finding the proper parking. - Breakfast: the breakfast is poor and needs to be developed.

staff are very helpful. specially those who have evening duties. really they are fantastic.

Charges shown on Booking.com and at reception were not same. They charged bit high. Booking.com showed total charges including taxes, but hotel charged taxes separately. However, this was just a small misunderstanding between Booking.com & Hotel they must unify it.
