Beautiful hotel.lots of amenities.wonderful staff.free breakfast was huge.very good restaurants in the hotel. In a very nice part of town.right in front of the huge souk. Downside. The rugs in the hallways needed cleaning. Hot water ran out very fast. There are pan handlers but no one was rude or too pushy. I recommend the old fort which is free as well as the museum. Booked a pub crawl and had a blast. Ham is café next door is fabulous. Coffee is as expected very good. The country is very friendly and clean. Impressive Archetecture. Overall a wonderful trip.

The staff who received me at the door and brought my stuffs inside kept asking me for tips. I don't know what's wrong with him. He almost forced me to give him a tip yet he has salary. I asked all the 3 times I met me whether to bring my luggage inside or you bring my car to the parking area

I recently went on a business trip and had meetings with my clients in the hotel's boardroom. The arrangements were excellent, and the hotel, located downtown in Manama near Bab Al Bahrain, offered convenient access to restaurants and the Souq. My stay was extremely comfortable, with well-decorated rooms and standard amenities provided. The overall service experience was outstanding, and I look forward to returning again in the future.

Great location with beautiful view very closed to Gold city mall, Bab-Al Baharain and old souk ( market ) Very Comfortable Rooms with peaceful colors. staffs were friendly and helpful. There is valet parking and self service parking Breakfast was wonderful with lot of variety and staff were helpful.

everything was ok

first day arrive we have booking and we wait more than 3 hours to give us rooms but the staff at reception when we come very bad and shouting you have to wait and he give room to Indian people he don’t deserve to be front line staff our booking double he say it’s single he like to make problems

Great and helpful staff. Good location for that part of town, easy to get the bus to the bus station from the airport. Looks very glittery and shiney

The bathroom could have a refresh. So old cigarette burn marks on the bath. But it all worked and felt lovely.

Excellent, the most central position in Manama. "Old style", elegant, classy Lobby and corridors. Very spacious room with very comfortable bed and quality linen. Very clean. Nice big bathroom. Kettle, coffee and tea available in the room. Good Air conditioning. Ok wifi. And very good price. Very satisfied with the stay.
