The location was central. The room was sufficient, bed comfortable, very clean. There was tea, kettle facilities. There was inroom safe. Staff very friendly.

Lights, doors that didn't close well need to be checked & maintained. This branch seems to be older, so is needing upkeep.

Services were great, great location, quiet area. The staff were excellent, we were given a room with a view on parking which we asked to replace and they gave us a room on the 18th floor with a fantastic view of the city, earlier we had forgotten an item in a previous room and the staff found it and returned it to us. The breakfast was exceptional, everything a family might want, even a few items for children including cereal, fresh croissants and fruits. We booked a half board option so we could either have lunch or dinner. We were able to enjoy every meal we had in Omniya, restaurant on the 24th floor. The towels, linen were all clean and the room itself was cleaned every day. The only minor issues for me personally was the size of the room. There was a giant pillar in a room but I guess that's how the hotel was built initially, not an engineer but that pillar will always be remembered. Bathroom was neat and bathtub was of a decent size. The room had a small fridge with 2 bottles of water. Every room is also provided with a kettle and complimentary tea bags, instant coffee, sugar and milk, came in handy. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Super friendly & efficient receptionist - I didn't catch her name - who very kindly offered me a very early check-in as I was absolutely exhausted after a night flight. Large ensuite bedrooms with an all important desk, safe, fridge and huge comfortable bed. Large selection for the breakfast buffet held at the top floor of the building with superb views across the city. The new hotel is set in the diplomatic area of the city - ideal for connections to the airport and the city centre is only a short walk away. Many of the operators doing one day tours of the city will happily collect/drop off from the hotel as it's very accessible.

The staff were wonderful and very friendly, especially the woman who checked me in. She smiled and acknowledged me every time I passed through the lobby (sorry, I didn't get her name). Lots of windows so the room was bright and sunny, and the view of the towers of the city was impressive. Plus, they upgraded me to a suite. You can't beat that.

The fire alarm went off at 5 AM. It was a false alarm but rather upsetting. It was a bit of a walk to anything - sights, restaurants, public transportation, etc. Definitely a hotel where you'll want to have your own transportation.

The thing just I booked a superior rooms 2 rooms and the AC in the room where the beds is the AC not like cold to much like recommend make this better in the rooms bed section the AC make it cold Just in the outside of the bedroom the AC is good and cold But the rest things in the hotel rooms everything is good clean and comfortable it’s just the AC in the beds section in superior rooms the AC not very cold

Our stay at Ibis was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The reception upgraded our room and they let us check in early. Friendly, attentive, and helpful ! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was spotless, with a breathtaking view of the city. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. Even gave me fruit basket as it is my birthday Overall, i woild really recommend to my friemds and definitely will come back!

The hotel staff are exceptionally helpful, genuinely kind and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is easy and enjoyable. Rooms feel brand new, impeccably clean & are well appointed, inclusive of tea kettle and small fridge. Location is also great for walking to good restaurants, museums or even a short Uber to anywhere of interest. Oh and the view: superb. Highly recommend and l'd definitely return on my next visit to lovely Bahrain.

The room was clean, well-organised and slightly colourful making it vibrant. Similarly, the toilet area was clean and had sustainable set of dental kits available. Additionally, there were fresh towels ready for use. The entire staff team was friendly and kind. Also, they gave us an upgrade and a late check-out. I appreciate the late check-out very much because I came so late at night and wanted to enjoy the area a bit more. Additionally, the room upgrade was very meaningful and it was from their kindness that I was able to relax more during my stay. Similarly, the bell boy was kind and he had a positive attitude. I honestly enjoyed my stay in this amazing place. The location is wonderful and I will recommend checking out Cafe Sego which is nearby and opened 24/7.

The toilet is a bit tight, but it does the job. I hope in the future they expand their collection of shower gel and shampoo because they had only one bottle for both hands, body and hair - it is, to me, concerning.

A special thank you to Ms. Nayrouz at the reception for the warm welcome and for kindly upgrading our room — it truly made our wedding anniversary even more special. The room decoration was beautiful and thoughtful, and we really appreciated the kind gesture. The welcome fruit platter was a lovely touch.
