Suggest to have some indian dishes for breakfast

- Location - Very comfortable, had good sleep - Good service - Finally a room that does not smell like overused air freshener or fragrance in the Middle East - Bedroom has a suitcase rack (this is always a plus)

- Hotel food is pricey - Renovation noise can be heard from several floors away (staff was kind enough to warn ahead of time) - Gentlemen at laundry shop spoke very little English. Language barrier created misunderstandings.

Good location, easy to main attractions Souks and Malls..the hotel breakfast was good with variety of choices. Really enjoyed the hot and cold Tub they were really hot and extremely cold and steam room was excellent for relaxing.

The swimming pool wasn't clean and needed some cleaning daily basis..

Excellent hotel not far from the airport (10 min drive ) and close to the old downtown (bab Bahrain) only 10 min walking. Just in front of the hotel there is a good mall (moda mall) and the hotel provide shuttle bus to city center mall, often. Nice place and friendly and attentive staff , above alla the director George, thanks to be attentive to my requests. The room also quite spacious and comfortable, clean and tiny. Also the food was good ( I tried for dinner ) and breakfast buffet very reach and various. The area around safe and lively even if the rooms was very quiet, overlooking the pool

The hotel was situated in a good location with other hotels, near lots of embassies. It was clean, rooms were comfortable, bed was a good size, bathroom was cleaned everyday.

It was far from shopping areas

the room was very comfortable and well appointed. The location is great with cafes, restaurants at a walking distance. the hotel has great amenities and the swimming pool is definitely worth trying when the sun has gone down!

Excellent 4star value in a great location. The rooms were comfortable and a decent size with all the comfort amenities available. The reception staff were professional and answered my message chat swiftly to arrange an airport pick up. The breakfast had many choices.

A great location in the diploma area, close to the souq and Avenues Mall. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was quite nice. The room was clean and comfortable.

It couldn’t be helped, but there was some drilling happening close to the breakfast area at around 8.15. This should be a temporary thing.

My husband and I have travelled to over 30 countries - some more than once - and we have to say the omelet at the breakfast buffet was one of the best either of us can remember. Coming from Northern Canada saunas are a big deal and the sauna & steam room at the Golden Tulip were superb. Not to mention the pool that was wonderful...I'm not exaggerating. No smell of chlorine or bromine and the temperature was enjoyable. We had a list of things we wanted to see & do while in Bahrain and we were able to walk to them all from the hotel...so nice and refreshing. Think you get the idea of 'what did you like?' EVERYTHING. George, the Assistant Manager, went above and beyond helping us. Over the top service!

Having to deal with those stairs getting to the sauna. Having more staff in the dining area would take some of the pressure off during busy times. The string of buoys dividing the pool made it more challenging to swim. We have always enjoyed complimentary shuttle service to the airport.

The location is great, the staff are very helpful and friendly.

I chose a smoking room which in hindsight was a mistake as it was not as clean as i would have liked and it smelt bad and the windows are sealed shut so couldn't get any fresh air. But to be fair it was a smoking specific room so i guess it's to be expected.
